We recently took travel tailors assistance in curating our honeymoon to Bali, and I fully with confidence say, they are one of the best in personalised travel consultancy and planning. From understanding our personalities, temperament and likings to recommending experiences aligning with our vision. Best part they didn’t cross a dime over our budget and from transfers to accommodations to local recommendations, everything was well thought. The trip was 10 days in total and we covered 5 locations and in no rush. Really glad and looking forward to having them plan our next outing.

When you talk about mountains, Laddakh would be on the top, we recently visited Leh, Nubra, Turtuk, Pangong with the help of travel tailor, it was unexpected to have a amazing experience over there, services provided by the travel partner is extremely appreciable. We did not have to worry about flight booking, all pick up and drops for various tours and hotel arrangements. She booked all the activities also for us. Without her we would have been lost. My experience with Travel Tailor was highly disappointing. The service fell far below the expectations that were set during the booking process. Communication was inconsistent, important details were not clearly conveyed, and responses to queries were often delayed.
What was particularly frustrating was the lack of attention to customer concerns. Several issues that required prompt resolution were either overlooked or addressed inadequately, resulting in unnecessary inconvenience and stress during the trip.
For a company operating in the travel industry, professionalism, transparency, and reliability should be top priorities. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the opposite. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to recommend Travel Tailor and would encourage potential customers to thoroughly review all arrangements before making a booking.

We just returned from our 6-day family trip to Kerala arranged by Travel Tailor, and it was such a beautiful experience! From start to finish, everything was taken care of so thoughtfully. Our flights were smooth, the hotels in Munnar and Kumarakom were absolutely lovely, and the brand new transit bus made the journey really comfortable and stress-free.

Kanishka and the entire Travel Tailor team have been super helpful in curating our Italy trip (14 days) from start till the end. We always wanted someone to do it for us, and as per our preferences. The former was available in the market, but the latter was missing. They bridged this gap perfectly for us. It was our first time in Europe, and we knew almost nothing but wanted a mix of scenic spots, pubs, beaches, cafes and even helping us with local car vendors, etc. Very rarely we find a super responsive team available at any point of the day (even in different timezones).
