I have traveled all over the Country and have been getting my dress from Raymonds till date.
But after this latest experience of mine with this Raymond Showroom at Telibanda, Raipur I am seriously reconsidering my options to visit Raymonds again ever.
Their attitude and response have been utterly pathetic and unprofessional, forget about the quality of stiching and fabric being presented. It has been more than two months that I have been speaking to them about the pathetic stiching, they are yet to revert back on refunds of Cost of Fabric and stiching.
Even the customer care of Raymond’s doesn’t seem to take note of complaints I have raised.
I would strongly recommend to and dissuade genuine customers from visiting and buying anything from this particular Raymond Showroom at Telibanda.
Most pathetic services on name of Raymond, I have ever come across.

Stock n location both is good … but I have gone through bad experience for custom tailoring
Quality of tailoring and consumable materials being used is of lower quality . During Diwali I had bought pain shirt through customised tailoring but unfortunate n sad to say that stiches got open within 2 months and the material used for colour n wrist also had of poor quality n got deteriorated faster few washes … surprised to see such quality n service at premium cost .

Complaint Regarding Poor Service at Ring Road Raymond Shop
Dear Raymond Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Ring Road shop. I had given my suit for stitching on July 24, with a promised delivery date of August 5.
I visited the shop on August 4 to check on the status of my suit, only to find that the work had not even been started. The person at the main cash counter was indifferent to my concerns and did not offer any explanation or apology. He simply returned the cloth to me without any further assistance.
This type of service is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of Raymond, a brand we have trusted and been loyal to for many years. This was my first experience at the Ring Road shop, and it has been extremely disappointing. Due to this incident, I will not be recommending this particular Raymond shop to anyone.
In contrast, I have always had positive experiences at your Pandri and Tatyapara shops, which have consistently provided excellent service.
I hope you will take appropriate actions to address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
