Firstly it’s not a closed place. Stitching is fine but both have too much attitude and specially when you point out their mistake. Everything works well if you just accept what they deliver/stitch. My senior citizen mother got more than 150 clothing stitched by them but pointed couple of their mistakes recently, so the declined to take her order saying ‘humko kich kich wala kaam nahi karna hai’. Well, good luck Star Tailors!

Two suits were made and the stitching was good! We had to wait for three weeks to get the delivery. I suggest one should keep time if you want to get the stitching done here. We faced one problem which appears to be a confusion related to the charges to be paid. He didn’t issue any receipt and wrote down something in his register despite my insistence to give me a receipt. Though at the time of ordering we heard him saying ₹650 per suit, but at the time of collection, he said it is ₹750/. As we did not have any receipt, so it lead to arguments, which definitely no customer would enjoy. So, I suggest that insist on getting a written receipt about the charges. Rest all good!

The stitching quality is too good, on time service, whatever models you ask, they will patiently listen and work it out. I have given 7-8 dresses at a time and all are stitched perfectly with correct fitting and design. I am a permanent customer to them now and am gonna give 15 more dresses today.
People are very polite, they give suggestions also regarding the design we picked, if they think it won't look good on the cloth. They also show us what kind of material they are gonna use if any patchwork needed or any buttons/elastic is needed. All materials they use are of very good quality.
I am very much satisfied with their work. Happily recommend to all others, including gents.

The tailoring service is top notch and stitching is always perfect for both women and men. I almost had my 25+ dresses stitched from them and all of them are of great quality. The service is very reliable and they can easily understand what design are you looking for and make it exactly the same way. They also provide blouse stitching and alteration services which are really affordable.
I would definitely get all my dresses stitched from Star Tailors only as long as I am in Pune and would recommend highly to others.
