We apologize that the pocket was mistakenly added to Shirt 1 despite your request. This was purely a human error, and we can certainly fix this.
We also apologize for the loose fit on the pant. As you know, we take trials of every customer, but since you were busy that day, you chose not to do the trial fitting. That trial is specifically designed to let us adjust all the minor fit details before the final garment is completed.
Please remember that even without the trial, we are committed to your satisfaction. You can come directly back to the shop, and we will promptly fix both the pocket and the fitting issues for you. We look forward to making this right.

Completely unprofessional and felt like a thug. I got a suit tailored which is of not right fit and when I asked for alterations, they asked for a charge. The only miss from my side, I was late in going back to them. The way staff was speaking as if I owe him something.

Since a significant amount of time has passed and body measurements can naturally change over months, alterations after such a duration are treated as a paid service.
We understand that you have lost weight during this period, and the fit of the suit may have changed accordingly. Our team therefore suggested a paid alteration rather than a complimentary adjustment.
That said, we are equally concerned by your feedback regarding the interaction with our staff. Providing respectful and professional service is very important to us, and we will review this internally to ensure every customer is treated courteously.
