One of the worst tailors i have found till date. I gave blouse to stitch which she spoilt. Underarms were so loose when the back hooks didn't fit it was tight.
She didn't put cups in the bra even when i had told her to do that. I had specified that its a deep V neck so cups are needed. She denied that i didn't inform her about it.
She charged extra for neck design( that would be for first because in market the tailors tell you a price for everything together) and just so you know Ms Jagruti, you need to get out of your shop often to know what the market prices are for stitching blouses.
I not only gave her blouse to stitch, i also had given her ready made saree to stitch, which also she spoilt. The waist even after fastening the hooks left a cowl at the waist. The front length was far long than the back.
The hooks she put on the waist are so u professionally stitched that even kids can stitch better.
Plus she had an attitude when i called to tell her than she messed up. She said that "So what it can be fixed by alteration" Do you really think i paid you to get the blouse done so that i can alter. Worst tailor. Never ever going there or recommending her to anyone. Ladies stay away from this place unless you want your carefully chosen clothes ruined by her.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly sorry to hear that you felt disappointed, but I would like to respectfully clarify a few points so that other customers reading this review also have the correct picture.
● Regarding blouse padding: You were not charged anything extra for padded cups because they were not added. Padding was clearly optional, and no charge was taken for something that was not done.
● About the fitting: The blouse required only a small side stitch correction, which is a normal part of tailoring and can be fixed within a few minutes at the shop. I had requested you to visit so I could correct it immediately, but you chose not to come for the alteration.
● Saree belt & stitching: Every piece was completed as per the measurements provided. If any minor adjustment was needed, I would have happily corrected it on the spot, just as I do for all clients.
I always aim to provide honest work and genuine service, and it is unfortunate that we could not resolve this together because you did not visit for the fitting correction.
Even now, I would be more than happy to check and fix the blouse for you if you wish. My intention is always to ensure customers walk out satisfied.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify a few things for accuracy.
● Your blouse was stitched completely in my shop, and the hand-finishing was done by my experienced in-house coworkers. No outside tailor was involved.
● The blouse was not ready on the exact date discussed, so I requested you to collect it the next morning. You agreed to this, but you did not visit the next day. So the delay was not from my side.
● The alteration you requested is already done based on your feedback.
I always try to give my best service and ensure customers are satisfied.
