This shop has zero respect for a customer’s time and money.
I have shopped here multiple times and faced service issues almost every time but kept compromising, understanding workload and time constraints. This time, however, it went beyond acceptable limits.
I recently purchased a heavy white blouse worth ₹3,895. At the time of purchase, I clearly pointed out stains and was assured they would be removed during alteration. When I went to collect it on the promised day, only fitting was done—no finishing, loose threads untouched, and stains still present. I was then asked to come back after an hour, despite them already having 2 days and after I had called in advance to confirm readiness.
The salesperson then said, “It’s white, so minor stains will be there.” This is unacceptable for a premium-priced product. If quality cannot be maintained, such expensive items should not be sold.
I asked for a refund and was told it would be done in 30 minutes. I immediately shared my QR code on WhatsApp, but there was no update. After 1.5 hours, when I called again, instead of apologizing, I was lectured about how busy they are and how customers should be cooperative—apparently processing a simple GPay refund was too much. I was then told it would be done by 6 PM.
(Blouse returned at 1:10 PM, second call at 3 PM.)
Throughout, I was patient and cooperative, while the shop acted like the victim. Highly unprofessional service. Would not recommend.

I recently got a Paithani corset stitched from this shop and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much for stitching it exactly the way I explained. You really listened to every detail I mentioned, and the final result turned out perfect.It looks elegant and feels comfortable at the same time, which is exactly what I wanted. The finishing is clean, and you can clearly see the effort and skill that went into it.If you’re looking for custom stitching done with care and attention, definitely visit this shop. They truly understand what their clients want and deliver beyond expectations. Highly recommended!

This store is extremely overhyped on Instagram, but the actual service is completely disappointing. They might show beautiful blouse designs, but in reality their work and customer handling are not at all up to the mark.
I had given them my blouse design more than a month in advance. The reference design was very clear, but what they stitched is nowhere close to it. They have completely damaged the design, the shape, finishing, and cut are all wrong. You can clearly see the huge difference between the design I shared and the blouse they delivered. They ruined my look for the event and spoiled the entire outfit.
Even worse, when I tried contacting them for correction, they just started avoiding all my calls and messages. No response, no accountability, nothing. They claimed they made the blouse “in 4 hours,” even though I had given it to them almost a month before. This shows how casually they treat customers.
For this poor-quality blouse, they charged me ₹2500, which is honestly absurd. A local tailor can make a far better blouse for ₹500–₹1000, with proper fitting and finishing. Here, they delivered a complete disaster.
Their shop is also extremely small and congested, if 3-4 customers stand inside at the same time, you can’t even move properly.
Overall, the hype is fake, the service is pathetic, and the pricing is not worth it at all. They are misleading customers with their Instagram hype, but the ground reality is completely different. Please don’t waste your money or trust here. I truly regret giving my blouse to them.

Their tailor will body shame you on every level, charge you double, and give you the worst fitting possible. They will take months to make the blouse, and give you absolute crap. Do not recommend.

Yesterday I visited Midha The Designer Blouse, and I must say, it was a refreshing and trustworthy shopping experience, especially after getting scammed by another shop earlier. At that other shop, they gave me an oversized blouse, and without giving me a chance to try it after alterations, I only realised at home that the fit was wrong.
Midha, on the other hand, was completely different. They ensure you get the perfect size either by giving you the correct fit right away or by asking your exact measurements and making alterations on the spot. In my case, the alteration was done within just half an hour, and the fit was absolutely perfect. They also have rare and beautiful colours that are hard to find. I bought two blouses from them,
I can confidently say they’re genuine, professional, and worth every visit.

prices are not as cheap as they show, they are on higher side.
The service is pathetic
They say alteration 4 days but take more than a week even after constant follow up, they ask to send message on WhatsApp and do not reply there properly and won’t give proper answer on call either. Very bad experience
Very unprofessional, they want all money in advance, they do not earn customers trust and loyalty because of these practices and can never earn a repeat customer.
The videos on YouTube are all misleading
Please save your time because trust me it is not that difficult to honour your words the concept that this shop owner does not get.

Horrible place. made me wait for 1 hour 45 minutes saying they are getting the piece and ultimately got some other piece which was not what i asked. i had especially told them i was in a hurry and had come in between office hours. extremely disorganised place. no courtesy.

Very pathetic services. The piece i got was incomplete i specially ordered a blouse for my special event and and gave them enough time for the same. Firstly i was not able to wear on the event date as i recieved it late secondly handwork was coming out from every part of blouse, moreover the left and right part handwork was all missing. I took the blouse for rs 5750 which was too much for the blouse and then i asked them to refund me back the amount which they think should be given back and she gave me 449 rs back as if i was a begger sitting here. Atleast 1000 should be given if i want to get it altered also then also i am paying 1500 here. Shame on them and their store. Pathetic it was.

I brought one blouse from there shop and it was expensive blouse. He told me we will do the finishing work and give you back in one week. Then I visited there shop they haven't done anything on the blouse it was kept as it is and I pointed out that stone was not proper on the blouse. So they told me we will finish this by end of the week. But They took 1 month to complete that. When ever i come to the shop they will say it is not yet done. It's waste of time if you are asking your customer to wait for 1 month. Don't trust there words. I will not recommended this shop for bridal blouse. They will try to sell you any thing as a bride ,they will ask you to buy this and that.

Minus stars if possible. Quite unprofessional and rude staff. They dont want to take effort to help. Collection was good but i would highly recommend going to other nearby locations for ready made blouse. Just google it, i did the same and found some great stores with decent service and amazing collection. Even street side stalls are better with their service.
