The staff is polite and the shop is of raymond but the shirt pants are available of Park Avenue ....but it's very wast of time to come from so long and visit the shop manger was not explaining properly.

Does not have a variety of materials.
Sales staff were okay. The cashier wanted the total amount to be paid. Which we did.
The tailoring department is deplorable. The tailor was very rude. He has totally ruined the coat and trousers and rudely told us it was our mistake. I explained that the cut is faulty but he refused to accept his mistake.
I am now stuck with a suit which now needs to be discarded.
I will not recommend anyone to make a mistake and visit this store.

Bought a beautiful neck tie from this store, emphasizing on it being a gift, but they gave it to me in a belt box! Just why? Also, I paid full price for the tie and this store couldn’t even give a good package? Atleast a plastic cover instead of stuffing it in a thin cardboard box! So disappointed.

I have been coming in this shop since 40 years now, never been treated so badly. My new pant needed alteration, my husband had worn it and come, and carried an extra pant. Your tailor refused to you have it said wash it and bring it.
My husband is a Parkinson patient also has gait balance problem, no amount of explanation worked.
Wash it and come we won't touch it.
Please note this thus man has been giving trouble since along time. Even if there is an alteration he gets upset and says will charge you extra now.
I want this escalated and awaiting a reply. Also your staff was requested to send a delivery they agreed and then charged me wefast.
Please look into these things, and stop from spoiling your brand name due yo some riff raffs

Fairly good store. Good selection for trousers. I bought material for six trousers and had them stitched there. They all fit very well. The trial was in the date promised and the pants were delivered 2 days before the promised date.
