Fab collection and hard to miss their exemplary customer service. Have shopped at many outlets but many even charge for small changes. But here i experienced that customer service and satisfaction is priority. The collection ,prices and iverall shopping experience has compelled me to shop repeatedly. The store has good collection and at really good prices comparative to other stores in Dadar. You can look definitely have a check for anything related to wedding collection for men. However, the sales agent may be too sweet and at times as part of their may not give you best experience. Some easy billing that could be handled, they will ask you for adjust is with other product. Similarly 80% advance thing, though it is mentioned in their bill pad but the accountant and billing desk members are very supportive and can sort out these things quite easily.

The shop has an excellent collection of wedding wear with a wide variety of sherwanis and Indo-western options to choose from. The quality of the outfits and attention to detailing really stood out. I visited the store for a sangeet function outfit. Amit V was really helpful, I had a particular look in mind. He showed me all the different options and I liked a few of them. Also promised delivery date as honoured and we have received our outfits within said timeline. Prices are affordable and quality of the dresses are outstanding. We have seen all types of outfits for Dulha, gents siders and elders as well. They have alot of variety of outfits. We highly recommend this Dulhapaksh Dadar as wedding outfits destination.

I visited this shop intending to purchase a Jodhpuri, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was initially inattentive and did not bother to assist, as he was busy talking to another staff member. Although he eventually started showing Jodhpuri options, his attitude quickly became unprofessional. He began giving unnecessary excuses, such as saying it would take a full month to make one, and displayed visible disinterest through his expressions and behavior. This kind of service is unacceptable. While the shop does have a good collection, the staff’s poor attitude completely ruined the experience. I chose not to make any purchase because of this. The owner seriously needs to address such behavior and ensure better customer service.

I’ve visited the store multiple times for important functions across two years. Amit Viswakarma has always been helpful. He is the most genuine salesman I’ve come across. Even when I returned after a year he remembered my name, my family who visited and our preferences and went on to show the right things. Even though the section officially closes at 8:00 pm and I walked in around 8:10, Mr. Amit Sharma was kind enough to attend to me. I personally recommend dulhapaksha for every person who’s getting married or planning to marry, they have such a great collection ( limited but quality) . You can say one shop for all you need for wedding. Me and my friends brought blazers, shirts, pants , kurtas etc. from the store. And we loved the quality, comfort that also in our budget. Also staff are very helpful , they help us to find great match for your events . We didn’t even check now other shop for traditional wear and party wear . Highly recommended.
