Hello everyone, I had a very bad experience at the Babubhai Jagjivan store in Dadar. I was looking for a pant piece and was shown some so-called branded fabrics by a salesman. However, after checking online, I found that the brand he mentioned doesn't even manufacture such products. When I questioned him, he began arguing, and later showed me other fabrics with brand tags—which also turned out to be fake. They are charging customers using big brand names but selling fake materials. Please be cautious.
After 9 months, you're finally replying to my review. That alone shows how seriously you take customer feedback and your so-called ethics. Fortunately, I did not purchase anything after realizing the product was fake, so there is no question of providing a bill.
I also think there is some confusion about the meaning of "immediately." Responding after 9 months can hardly be called prompt action. If this is considered fast-track service, then that's quite concerning.
I would suggest being more careful with the words you use, because such statements are difficult to accept when they don't match the reality of the situation.

We request you to kindly share your bill number, date of visit, and details of the fabric/brand discussed, or visit the store with the fabric/bill, so that our senior team can personally verify the matter. If there has been any error or wrong communication by our staff, we will take corrective action immediately.
We would also like to clarify that there are other stores operating in the same complex, including adjacent stores, and there have been instances where they have misused our name and misrepresented to customers. We request customers to kindly check the invoice/bill printout and confirm that it clearly mentions Babubhai Jagjivandas before attributing the purchase or experience to our store.
At Babubhai Jagjivandas, we stock both branded and selected non-branded fabrics, and our staff is expected to clearly explain the difference to customers. If you read a branded fabric name on a selvedge, then rest assured it is produced directly from that fabric mill. We will review this matter internally and reinforce staff training to ensure that no customer feels misled.

Worst experience of my life. Sales persons are arrogant and mostly of bygone era who don’t know how to handle customers and complaints. Though I had purchased from this shop earlier and never experienced any issues, however, of late their cloth quality has deteriorated or they are selling fake products. After 3-4 months my trousers have given up and they refused to hear any thing. Sick people, full of arrogance. Even owners are not afraid of losing a customer.

Gave order for 2 suits, paid in full, delivery promised for 22nd Nov but delayed last minute. Masterji was rude and used inappropriate language when asked to follow the committed date. Final fitting also poor.

I had an extremely troublesome experience with their tailor Manoj .
He is highly unprofessional with a laid-back attitude. Despite promising to deliver my wedding suit on a specific date, he kept delaying it with vague replies and empty promises.
Two days before my wedding, I had to visit the shop in person and literally shout to get my outfit. It was finally delivered in the evening, but to my disappointment, it was poorly stitched. To make matters worse, my uncle’s outfit, which was promised a week in advance, was only delivered a day before the wedding.
If you want to enjoy your wedding without unnecessary stress and last-minute drama, DO NOT go to this tailor. Absolutely unreliable!

Worst tailor they have hired. From start i did not get a good vibe from him. I had gone for my jodhpuri trial where fitting was almost perfect. But at the time of final delivery he ruined it. Total misfit. I missed wearing it on d day. Totally arrogant attitude of the tailor. He purposely does it if you counter him before for delivery.

Lots of varieties in suiting shirting choices. And especially my last visit, the purchase of pant clothing and suiting with the sales person Dinesh and in shirting Arjun Purohit done very nicely. They have given sufficient time to show all the quality and variety.
So at the end it was around 75000 the purchase amount with full satisfaction .

However, I am disappointed to report that within just two days of wearing the tailored pants, the fabric started to develop bobbles (pilling), which is highly unexpected from a reputed brand like Raymond, i dont kw this is foult of dadar branch or Raymond brand , they refuse to money back or fabric stitching money

Where I had given a suit to stich and the tailor messed it up totally even after giving him a sample suit for measurement.
The tailor does not have any things as
called detailing word. The road side tailor would do a better job then him. I think the owner should look into this.

They have FIXED price which is perfect. I went to another shop in same building by mistakenly the first time to buy suiting fabric of Siyaram. He offered it for Rs 1400 per meter and then I went Mangaldas market town that guy offered same fabric at rs 750 yes😅 and then Babubhai offered me at rs 695 and guess what I bought it.

This review isn’t about the shop. The shop has good clothes & all. The Master (Tailor) of the shop. He has no etiquette/ manners about time. He gave me a date of month later to get my suit stitched. He took more than that & every-time we went there, he would make reasons. Like come at evening & when you go there at evening he says evening is after 8. Call & come. Inform us before coming; although it’s more than a month late.
At this point no one cared about the quality he stitches. He has pushed the time limit to such an extent, it feels pathetic. Never visiting that shop again & no one should. I mean do shopping; but don’t get it stitched from the Master / Tailor of the shop.

The only problem is that some of the staff is not to courteous. But overall will suffice all your clothing requirements for any occasion except for Indian wear. But if the bill total comes to 16005 they don't let go Rs 5 in that bill and that makes their service the most vulnerable. I would consider their service not more than two or two and half stars.

Fabric is A grade no doubt about that. Even if u purchase in lakhs don't expect to get discount of a single penny. Important thing is make sure you had a word with your local tailor as to how much fabric is required as the staff will try their level best to sell you more fabric. I require 1.60 metre fabric with a width of 58to 60 . And staff says that it will be short for you so take 1.80. Even their tailor will try to make sure you purchase more fabric. Staff behavior is chor really a chor.

Surprisingly I didn't expect but had gone to buy pure silk cloth, but the person there sound to be not interested.
He said go to another place in town and buy from there.
And found him to be very unprofessional as he kept keeping his hands and tapping on my shoulder, as if he's my childhood friend.
Being such a good brand from a long time, unprofessional behaviour like this is unexpected.
Il have to think twice before visiting the place again.
