Very very poorrr experience They treat customers with very very bad attitude and make them wait even if the dress is ready and customer service is very bad from the workers Very pathetic experience Kindly avoid this place And pricey than most of the places Even the best designers won’t charge this much and the respect they give for customers is terrible

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a tailor shop. The customer service is non-existent and they have a terrible attitude. It’s shocking how they treat paying customers with such disregard. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Worst service..always blames the coustomers ...they took 2months for my wedding blouse, gave it to me only the evng b4 my wedding day..they designed it wrongly ..then blambed me saying ..i should have informed workers also..but i said the details only to d owener ..she is too busy to remember everything. Its all my mistake. They made me really stressed out d day b4 my wedding.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!! Please don't choose this place, stitching and fitting is VERY BAD, customer satisfaction is not at all valued here, Staff members and the owner are VERY RUDE!! Not worth the money....Had a worst experience giving a lot of money for a simple blouse!

Worst experience. Not customer friendly. They take 3 months to stitch a blouse and also customise according to their convenience but it costs you and will find a way to blame you.
