Worst stitching experience with them...waste of money and cloth. Not accepting their fault, just trying to turn it to customer side. Girls/women at reception and delivery section very bad experienced one. Please hire gud employees to ur shop. No knowledge about cloths atall, they didnt even know where pallu and running blouse in saree. Damaging our cloths and not accepting their fault. Cutting saree instead of blouse and trying to do patch work. Not listening properly what customers saying...those girls are blinking and not speaking properly..wasted my money on stitching and my saree also got damaged. Dont know who will take response on my damaged saree.
Please customers be aware of these kind of people and save your money. Dont give your dress to them and get damaged.

Striching is not good. Can improve to note the small details we add to work. I have paid 1400 for this blowse but the stones are missing in multiple place. This is reception saree and it got spoiled

Worst stitching they cant accept thier mistakes.they ruein my saree and blouse but they cant accept their mistakes they turned their mistake to me totally i lose my money 1000 rupees so worsted experience.

Poor stitching and service.Got a salwar suit stitched there. Measurements not taken properly and staff were impatient. After the suit was stitched, had to trial 3 times and then adjustments were made with so much hesitation. Alteration took 1.5 hrs.They charged 375/- (plus 20/- for shoulder button which is of poor quality) for salwar with lining. When I asked to do the alteration, staff who stitched the material complained that I asked to stitch taking model from google which is not possible. I asked for deep U neck, they didn't do and argue that can't be done with the material I gave and also gathering bottoms which neither looked like gathering nor patiala bottom.Above all, they boast that they stitch salwar suits in an hour with additional charges 40/-
Please don't ruin your salwar suit/blouse material. Never recommend this shop.Waste of material, money and time.

Fashion palace is One of the worst tailoring shop in Madurai. They just ruined 4 lehengas each one costs over 7k. Never ever go to these people, They do third quality stitching in rush but charging more than other tailors. They are as bad as how in Tirupati during rush time people shave head. Their finishing is pathetic and I wish to give negative rating to this worthless tailoring shop.
