The owner has hiked prices unreasonably and behaves very rudely. The stitching quality has also gone down. Be prepared to refit yr clothes after they are delivered to you .

They are classic example of unreal ratings. Ruined my expensive formal pant ( from mango) while altering. Let me break down the problem. Two really old men run the business . They took my pant with trembling hands and that’s where I lost my confidence. I am not against aged people or diseases associated with aging. Please don’t get me wrong here. But the best these guys could do is to hire some young tailors. My point is why taking chance with customer’s favourite pair.
Well I am glad to see owner’s reply on my review. I guess it’s not the same person whom I met. But ma’am/sir please work on your english . These are not panties these are the pants we are talking about ( no pun intended).
👉 I didn’t completely understand your first point though but this rating should be a 0 star. I don’t give feel good rating to encourage corruption
👉 I never said I wanted a showroom finish. These old fellas torn my pant and cleverly folded to hide the mess. Still you may call them tailors but sorry I can’t.

👉 Whether you bring expensive brand clothes or cheap brands, everyone is equal to us. As a customer you should understand that you have come to get a pair of pants altered and that an altered job will never have the same finish as a new job.I personally feel that you should never alter your panties when you are not completely satisfied.
👉 Finally, tailoring shops are on the way to the end for big branded companies. And the real truth is that most of the tailoring shops are running only for those few elderly people. We will try to improve our service. Thank you very much for your valuable feedback.
