I have gone to this place 2 times. First time is to make one churidar for me and second time to make a dress for my daughter. The owner is knowledgeable and accommodating and the tailors are very good. Owner would suggest changes which will enhance the look of the dress. It was a perfect fit for both the dresses. Even I requested for correction of the fitting for ready-made blouses which I couldn't wear earlier, but she made sure to fit it properly and now I can wear it without feeling uncomfortable. Would recommend this tailoring shop!

I absolutely love this place and the incredible work they do! I get all my blouses tailored here, and the fit is always absolutely perfect. The cutting, structure, and overall look are just fabulous — everything sits beautifully and feels so well made.
My mom also gets her suits stitched here, and she is extremely happy with both the fitting and the finishing. The attention to detail is exceptional — every measurement is taken so carefully.
This time, I got a few ethnic waistcoats stitched, and they turned out stunning. I absolutely love them.

Execution of slight complicated design is quite good, Delivery is given on time, as per commitment which is very important for NRI customers, however sometimes the designs of two different blouse were mixed up, so customers need to bear in mind and give clear instructions. Behaviour of owner lady is quite good. She has good design ideas too. She is patient and calm and gives due attention to all customers. During ordering, she consults with the tailoring team in front if the customer, so there is no information loss and the finished product comes out good. The Tailor dadas especially Sanjay da are also quite professional and polite in behaviour.

I chanced to visit RR Creations this time during my visit to Kolkata. Chandrani has good creative talent in her design of blouses. I was running out of time as my trip was short but she was able to design and get about 6 saree blouses stitched and delivered in a week. The blouses fitted well and we did not have to go back and forth. I was really trying to find a good ladies tailor for my blouses since I’ve gained weight and the ready made blouses really don’t fit me well now. While having my lunch on a Saturday and searching for a tailor in that area, I stumbled upon RR Creations. A cute , simple but elegant boutique with a very soft spoken owner. She took my measurements efficiently and suggested blouse designs to a clueless me. I entrusted her with 5 sarees and 4 blouses and got the delivery on 15th November. I am really happy with the fit & look of my blouses and so I’ve decided that blouse pieces lying in the corners of my almirah would now get justice as I’m planning to launch my next attack on the store very soon !! ☺️

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this tailor. Not only did they ruined my dress with poor stitching and cutting, but when I refused to pay for such careless work and had already left their shop, they shouted and threatened me loudly from the window while I was in a rickshaw. Their behavior was aggressive, disrespectful, and shocking.
Even after I came home, they continued to message me again despite behaving so badly. At that time, I did not think about how undeserving they were of my time and money — I still chose to pay them, even though the dress was ruined. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I remained calm throughout, but their conduct was unacceptable.
If you value your clothes, money, and dignity, I strongly advise you to stay away from this place. There are many other tailors who work with honesty and respect — this is not one of them.

I do not lie, and I know exactly who wrote this — Kingshuk Chaki. You yourself admitted to me that if you were in my place, you would not have paid. Yet I still paid, and now you are lying about that. Please take responsibility instead of twisting the truth.

This is our home owned business and we’ve not given nothing but our absolute best in what we’re doing, but a customer today with the name of Marang who gave her linen cloth material for stitching a kurti, now it was done completely correctly as per her needs….but the problem apparently she faced was the stitching marks, on a linen cloth if you stitch and stretch your body too much, stitch marks are fully visible and we did it, we stitched properly according to her needs apparently the problem arose when, she saw the stitch which is bound to happen in linen clothes and she just made a big ruckus of that and stormed without even paying, these kind of customers don’t have any problems they just don’t wanna pay….I feel pity for them honestly.
