Sarla Creations is the Willy Wonka of celebration shopping. Their beautiful boutique is lined with blouses emblazoned with fine needlework that I haven’t seen anywhere else, they will find you a botua/ potli to match your sari, make you petticoats, stitch you heavy dupattas. In short, a one stop destination.
What I also loved is that it is headed by a wonderful lady, Sarla ji, managed ably by beautiful Tanu. The best part is they provide training and employment to underprivileged women- to break the cycle of poverty.
All great reasons to go shopping at @sarla_creations at once.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service quality does not justify the cost. The staff, especially the old lady’s daughter or some family member managing the blouse measurements , was dismissive and kept giving incorrect information about basic stitching requirements. I provided over 1.5 metres of pure Banarasi silk, yet I was told it wasn’t enough for a simple princess-cut blouse — which is completely untrue. Stitching Prices are significantly higher than what they claim online
They also put a stain on my pure Banarasi saree while separating the blouse piece and insisted it was already there, even though the saree was brand new and purchased from a reputed store. This level of negligence with expensive fabric is unacceptable.
Fittings were rushed, and when I politely asked for adjustments, they behaved as if they were doing me a favour. They even sent me off saying everything was “done,” only for me to discover at home that one side dori/tassel was missing. When I called, they casually asked me to come back again without considering people travel long distances.

To address your concerns -
1) No saree on this planet has 1.5 metres of blouse piece attached to the saree. The maximum is 1 mtr if it is not a Maharastrian Saree. We hbly denied to stitch it because we were confident that it can not be done. You can surely get it stitched anywhere else.
2) We cut the blouse piece and returned it to you in front of you along with the saree because according to us your design needed more fabric, so we fail to understand when did we put the stain as the saree was never in our custody. Perhaps it was stained during transit due to negligence on someone else's part.
3) We gave you a trial, did the fittings and you left only after being satisfied. When you called us we obliged and said we will be happy to do the fittings again. This is in line with our commitment to guarantee a 100% satisfaction to our customers.
4) We as a brand condemn you calling Sarla ji 'Old Lady' in your review.

I recently got my wedding blouse stitched from Sarla Creations and wanted to share my honest experience for the benefit of future brides.
The store does have a wide collection of blouses and potlis, which deserves appreciation. However, I faced several issues.
I paid ₹8,000 as making charges for a very simple blouse design, only because other stores had stopped taking custom orders for my wedding date. Otherwise, similar or better blouses are easily available for ₹3,000–₹4,000 elsewhere.
The measurements were taken in a very rushed manner, with little discussion around design details, fitting preferences, or length.
On the delivery day, despite calling beforehand and being told the blouse was ready, I was informed after reaching the store that it was not ready and would take at least another week. This was extremely unprofessional.
The fitting was completely off, especially around the chest, and the design looked far too basic for the price. I had to visit multiple times for alterations, yet the overall final product was not that great - just satisfactory.
Overall, the experience felt like the store is riding on Instagram hype and capitalizing on the Bengali wedding rush. I would recommend choosing it only if you have no other option left.
I will never visit the store again and would request the shop owners to please deliver a work that justify the exhorbitant price.

They have around 1000+ readymade blouse collections, from dailywear to designer wear, they have everything. Customisation is also available. Really liked their on spot tailoring services in case you have fitting issues. We purchased 2 blouses from here and can't wait to style them. Highly recommended!

I have came across Sarla Creations from a Instagram influencers post. Despite I travelled from Malaysia and doesn't speak Hindi, in short span of time they managed to accommodate my request. They have variety of blouse type - printed, solid, hand embroidery and etc.
The owner's son, being a translator between me and his mom to convey my message and accomodations my request, I truly appreciate it. They even makes me feel comfortable since I went along with my 10 months toddler.

Absolutely terrible service — consider this a warning. I never write reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to speak up. I came here for blouse stitching for my wedding trousseau, something that should have been handled with care and urgency.
The owner, Sarla, initially agreed to complete the blouse within two days, then completely went back on her word. I gave five blouses in total—four from my mother and one from my grandmother. Despite three separate trials, the blouses were still not done correctly.
Sarla pretends to be nice, but her behavior is manipulative and deeply unprofessional. She smiles and reassures you, then fails to deliver, dismisses feedback, and wastes your time. The contrast between how she presents herself and how she actually operates is shocking.
This was during my wedding preparations, an already stressful time, and her lack of accountability added unnecessary anxiety and frustration. If you value your time, money, or emotionally important garments, do not come here. I would strongly advise future brides to look elsewhere.

I cannot praise enough for Sarla Creations. The first time I met them in India, I bought 2 readymade blouses; both cut and fit were awesome, material was super comfortable. The personalized service they provided was exceptional in custom fitting the blouses after in person trial. This year I got a bit crazy and wanted to order some well fitted sleeveless blouses but it’s hard to find. I connected with Sarla over WhatsApp from US and to my surprise the were very responsive. I purchased 7 blouses because I couldn’t choose which to leave out as all of them were so beautiful. I also custom ordered a white blouse which they made it just for me; I was asked to choose the fabric, design, latkan etc, everything online. After payment, the service was so fast, I got everything in Atlanta, US within a week’s time. I was skeptical about how the fit will be as I gave them measurements from here, and in person trial wasn’t possible; but oh my god!!! The fit and cut of each item was to perfection almost. Two out of 7 had a little tight fitting but there is enough room to open up a stitch. Materials are super comfortable and very rich. If you are a saree fan and love to pair with unique blouses, Sarla Creations is the place to go…. I can’t wait to wear them during the festival; I wish I could share draped pics with this review…. However super happy!!!!!

Absolutely a big NO. I had a few kurtis and blouses made by her, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The fabric was completely ruined, yet I was charged exorbitantly for the final products.
The approach towards customers is very casual and unprofessional. After damaging the fabric by imposing their own in-house style—without proper consultation—they tried to justify the mess by calling it “new fashion” or “designer wear.”
To make matters worse, after all this, they asked me to visit them again. Highly unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this to anyone.
