Very disappointing experience. The shirt fabric developed a hole within just one day of use. When I complained, the store claimed the damage was from my end and refused to take it back. Poor quality product and unhelpful customer service. Would not recommend.

Good collection starting from low price too high prices. Bought suit piece from them and it lasted long time. So again took shirt and pant pieces. Their customer service is good. They will help you find what you need.

Perfect Raymond store with a huge stock of clothes. I have bought pant and shirt cloth pieces from here and got it stitched in their in-house tailor and the fitting is extremely good.
They do a trial few once the basic stich is done and that ensures that when you get your pieced delivered, they are perfectly fitting.

Never ever visit this showroom. Go to Poddar court's showroom. I was harres in all possible ways... Let me share my experience with u.
I went there with my brother as he was abt to get married . So in starting of November we went there gave measurement of 3-pc suit. Which cost around 33000( fabric + tailoring cost). N they promised to take delivery on Dec end. At first they will pamper u with sugar coated words.. then they will keep on changing the dates... Aj nahi kal.. angle week... 2din baad...
1) They did not delivered on time n dragged the date till Jan last week
2) They misplaced the waist coat portion. N gave only 2piece .
3)When asked abt the waist coat they said it has been misplaced.. koi aur waist coat Laga dun???? Then I asked for them to contact another branch of Raymond n get the fabric n get the waist coat done... They denied...
4) At last they gave the.. readymade waist coat purchased from any local shop... N that to different fabric colour.
I received the final product ... All messed up.. on Feb 2 n marriage was on Feb 9.
Please for ur betterment... Don't visit this showroom.. of Raymond. U can go to other showrooms . Lyk of Poddar court .
5) stocks are very limited
6) never go for tailoring... Here.. Buy the fabric n get tailored done outside.

Good staff and good variety however if you are planning to get tailor made here it's horrible, I had to come 4 times for alteration of 2 tailored suits.

Literally they misbehaved with us.
Didn't expect this from such reputed store.
