The worst experience ever, they have kept my 11 blouses on hold unlawfully, forcefully, did not deliver, unprofessional treatment, delay in delivery in the past, poor fitting, taking an international customer for granted who gave them at least 4-5 blouses every month, over charging me just because I’m away living in another country, kept calling in wee hours (UK time 6am) without prior appointment asking design details at the last minute 3 days before delivery date despite sending them detailed information way in advance, keep changing their words, lying about delivery, stopped communication, now blocked me on whatsapp without any intention to deliver my 11 blouses, some of them are of very exclusive premium range sarees.

How can a customer with track record of misbehave and nonsense approach can expect us to deliver without paying the dues respect to the stitching charges,and then cheating by giving false promises for paying the dues by her cousin in Kolkata.If you really require your garments, please send someone to collect and pay our dues.Thanks

Highly recommend this tailor! I had four sarees to sew and blouses to stitch and they did it to perfection in less than 24 hours! The blouses fit perfectly and the stitching is beautifully done, just how i wanted. They also take orders for overseas, so you can give your sarees and have them sent to you. I will be back for sure.
