Extremely unprofessional. I have an event on Saturday and today is Wednesday. Today when I called them to enquire my dress was ready, they said they will see and try to get it ready by friday. I had placed order a month back

Extremely unprofessional and rude behaviour of the owner. The worst tailoring shop I've come across till date. The owner is very rude and has no sense of commitment.
I was supposed to collect my belongings today and they didn't even start stitching them. Worst, he was misbehaving. He spoiled my blouses and had no sense of regret.
Please think twice before stepping in this shop.

Worst experience. I gave them 4 blouses and they successfully destroyed each pieces.Fitting is not good. They also made wrong design & destroyed my reception blouse. It's almost 2 months and I'm still waiting for 3 blouses. Always give wrong information over phone. I have gone there 7-8 times & still call them everyday and every time they give me another date.

Very horrible experience. My fault I dint check the Google review before going to the shop as we were in a hurry....This shop must be closed ....They least bother about their customers...Just keep on taking bulk orders without thinking ..and unable to justify their work. They will delay their orders. Even after taking proper measurement their will be issues in size...They stopped receiving calls once the order was delivered . You have to visit their shop a hundred times still they will not bother. They will keep you waiting for hours and hours. I wish I could sue this outlet.

Worst place in Kolkata to get blouse stitched or salwar suits.
They charged 4k for 1 blouse and 2 basic salwar suits and ruined the designs completely.
Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent owner and workers.
We went there 4 times to get it altered and each time they handed us without altering anything.
Our whole money and mood ruined .
Never ever visit if you don't want to ruin your mon.

Never go. Worst ever work, least professionalism.. lots of crowd, they are unable to manage. They damaged my blouse, I gave it for alterations and went to collect the same after a month, after standing for almost am hour they were able to find it out and delivered to me in a incompleted state. Luckily I checked it and informed them, again they made me wait for an hour for its completion. Pathetic experience.

Very unprofessional and rude behaviour and very casual behavior by owners... They know to harass their customer. Not so good sew my 6 blouses... Overrated and unprofessional tailor.
