Improper stitching done. They don’t have basic common sense to stitch buttons or chains even. literally ruined my expensive fabric and wasted my time. Very rude and bad behavior by the staffs. they ruined my garment, did incomplete stitching and threatened me to pay the whole 3000 rs for it or else they wont send me my expensive fabric. Can’t recommend it to anyone being a fashion student as they will never make the outfit the way you want. please save your money and efforts. they show they can do anything but in reality all they care for is money. Don’t fall for fake reviews as most of the 4 stars review are given by their staffs and owner.

Very Bad service, I called them many times no answer and no call back then finally they told me they will come on Tuesday at 5pm, they never came amd never amswered my calls either.Very poor service.

Worst experience ever. The lady who came for measurement didn't even take the measurement properly and stiched my suit horribly small. First hire a professional then start a business. The behaviour was so rude and unprofessional after messing up my entire suit. They can't even do basic suit stitching. No idea of tailoring at all.

I used their service for some pants alterations and they did a fabulous job for me. Initially I was a bit skeptik to take this kind of online service but it gave me a satisfactory result and I found it to be a more convenient option. I'll take their service again and will recommend also to others.

I had a terrible experience with this tailor. Not only did they ruin my sister's dress, but they also behaved in an unprofessional manner. The owner was rude and unhelpful, and it was clear that they were only interested in taking our money. To make matters worse, one of their staff members, Udita, made threats towards us. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and has no place in a professional setting.
No wonder they are not doing well. Customers should be your priority not money. Bunch of losers!

I got wonderful experience from them. Had both my wedding and reception day blouse customised from them. Given them with a picture from Pinterest and they were able to produce the exact design. Will stitch more dresses from them in future.

Tailor on Call was amazing, kind, helpful for the entire process. Really had such a wonderful experience and love all that I got made. 3 piece suit, coat and some pants. Material feels great and they were always happy to make suggestions and adjustments.

Called them up & asked for jeans length alteration. To my disappointment, they told that they can alter the jeans length but they can't keep the original hem intact. They will just cut short the length. Now that is a great no-no for jeans length alteration. So, I feel they lack the expertise.

Worst place to get your garments stitched. The staff is rude and don’t have the basic etiquettes to talk to the customers. They accept orders and ditch to return finished garment on time.
