I have had a good prior experience with Abhishek when he made my engagement blouse, it was really good and the work was commendable. Which was the reason I went back to him for my wedding blouse, but this time, the experience was horrible. I went to Abhishek for my lehenga blouse and as a general remark, he had said that the colour and design of the blouse can never be an exact match for my lehenga. I agreed to it since I trusted him after my 1st purchase and he assured me he will try to match the colour as much as possible. But the outcome was totally unexpected, the blouse did nowhere look close to what it should have been for the lehenga. After matching the blouse, I shared my observations with him but he didn’t respond. Then I shared my honest review on Google. After seeing the review, instead of acknowledging the differences that the blouse had with lehenga, he called me at 12AM and insulted me for my review. He said that I had asked him to create something similar to my original Mohey lehenga blouse from a CHEAP MATERIAL FROM BAZAAR and I don’t deserve wearing a designer blouse just because I can afford. He also said that in order to rectify anything on the blouse, I would have to delete/update the review that I posted on Google. I deleted the review from Google for the time being. He offered me either a refund against the blouse or a rework of the blouse, but as I didn't have enough time left for the wedding, I declined both. I had to make some additional changes to the blouse myself and had to cover 70% of my lehenga with dupatta to even be able to wear it at my wedding. To summarize, I have had one good and one pretty bad experience with Abhishek and this review is just to show his politeness with the customer and his professionalism whom he has worked with more than once.

I met Abhishek first time in 2022, just before my engagement. At our first meeting he felt like a friend despite being one of the most prominent make-up artists cum marvellous fashion designers in Kolkata. He makes so much effort to understand one's personality and choice and does his magic. He did an excellent job in my engagement and made women of my family fall in love with the idea of make up. Before Abhishek, I couldn't ever convince my mom or sister to touch any kind of make up. But now they're more eager to be decked up by him than me. Fast forward to 2024, Abhishek and his team did the make up for my wedding and Abhishek also designed my wedding blouse and veil. And it was not less than a dream. I'll forever be indebted to Abhishek and his team-mate Shubho da to make me look like exactly what I dreamt of, maybe even more. And moreover throughout the tedious wedding process not even once I felt nervous. Just before a month of my D-day I had to travel abroad and neither I had my blouse fixed nor my veil. But the magician, Abhishek was there to take care of everything and thankfully because of that I was so much in peace. He made me feel so comfortable that we had so much fun while getting ready. Also I'd like to add, there's a myth that if you don't spend atleast 4-5hours for your make up on your big day, are you even ready? Sorry to disapoint but YES, the look you see here, it took him just an hour to do so.And he changed my complete wedding look in 20mins and transformed me to a more of a modern bride for my reception party on the same eve of my wedding. So if you know your work then it's just smooth like a butter, be it make up or coding! Being in the advertising/media industry for more than 10years and having worked with the stallwarts of the field I can vouch for the fact that Abhishek really knows the job well. *DISCLAIMER* Please DON'T BOOK ABHISHEK if you want to be stressed, panicked and confused on one of the most important days of your life. And if you want otherwise, you know what to do. :) You definitely will make a prettiest bride and if you're lucky like me then he might make you a great friend but definitely not more than me. :p

I was in search of a MUA for my engagement last year, and happened to come across his profile on Instagram. I instantly liked his makeup and booked him for the same. The rest is history. We started with our wedding shopping after that and has been visiting Avishek's studio very frequently. My husband wore curated Punjabis from the House of Avishek Naiya for all the events in our wedding. I wore a red benarasi and a designer blouse on my reception day curated by Avishek. For my wedding, I got my blouse and veil from him. Also my in laws wore from House of Avishek Naiya. Both my wedding and reception makeup was done by Avishek. It goes without saying, by now, he has become one of our family members. We are super happy to have come across him and look forward to get more from him in the future.

I have ordered a blouse for me and a dhoti kurta set for my husband.. We both were so skeptical about how to find the perfect color combo match so that we look perfect on our Reception day..The theme was traditional.. We have just placed our expectation and Avisekk da has suggested us the best combination ever.. Every work is so minute and the zari used for decorating the costume has also been unique.. The dye, the color, the shape , the stitch and what not Everything was way too perfect which met more than our expectation.. He is a must go if you are looking for a designer wear in any of your special occassion!

I can't thank Avishekk Da enough for the stunning blouses he curated for my wedding and reception looks. Wedding reception dress and makeup both done by Abhishekk da...very happy with the perfect combination of both our dresses...sherwani and lehenga blended with each other perfectly and was even better than our imagination from the first day we saw the rough sketch...now I in love with rust orange colour...thanks for making our day memorable 🧡 And not to forget my wedding sari and viel also designed by Abhishekk da...I did not want to wear benarashi sari but wanted to try something different... something less flashy but beautiful, elegant and classy...and I got the confidence to go ahead with it only thanks to Abhishek da ...thank you so much♥️

I did a lot of research before choosing my wedding attire. Then I found Avishek’s page on Instagram and at that very moment, I decided that Avishek is going to design my wedding attire. I met Avishek and told him what I wanted for my D-day, he did his job. This whole process was a beautiful experience. He is one of the most humble persons I have ever met.

Choosing the wedding outfit is one of the most difficult decision but as soon as I entered their store, I knew I'm going to end up buying my wedding outfit from here. I got 2 outfits made from them one was for my wedding and the other one was for my Aiburobhaat. Avishek Naiya deserves a standing ovation for his professionalism and dedication. The fitting was perfect . I wish him all the success in his present and future endeavours.

Avishekk really surpassed expectations, creating a custom tussar kurta for me on a short notice. The intricate detailing showcased impeccable craftsmanship, elevating my wedding attire. Fitting was perfect. He himself is extremely polite and professional! Despite the time constraints, the finished piece radiated elegance, leaving a lasting impression at my wedding. Received a lot of compliments, super happy!

Absolutely loved their work! Being in the US, I constantly kept communicating with Avishek da via WhatsApp about what I want for my wedding day. When I reached Kolkata, he made me the blouse and veil of my dreams come true. Got so many compliments for my wedding blouse. Loved how he was very receptive to everything I had asked for and delivered it well within time.

I had an immensely pleasurable experience ordering my wedding kurta and dhoti with Avishekk. He was always really responsive and meticulously detailed. I was apprehensive that the fitting might not be good since I was ordering from outside the country. However when I trialed it the kurta fit me seamlessly. The overall look received heaps of praise from all guests involved and everyone was interested in knowing more designs from Avishekk. Thoroughly recommended.

We recently celebrated the wedding of my elder son. Avishekk designed and custom-made the kurta, dhoti, and jutis for the groom (my elder son), the groom’s brother, and for me. All the three kurta and dhoti sets and the three pairs of jutis were elegant, graceful, and beautiful, and appreciated by each and everyone of the guests. In addition, Avishekk was a pleasure to work with - we live in North America, and Avishekk was always available to guide us through our questions on design and measurement. He delivered on-time and his final products were perfect and exactly per the agreed design and measurements. Thank you Avishekk.

My journey with Avishekk started 3 years ago when I ordered a custom kurta as a gift. The craftsmanship was exquisite and no corners were cut in the finishing of the kurta. The quality of the product surprised me as the major designer brands would have charged an arm and a leg for less quality. My first experience with Avishekk inspired me to have a conversation with him about banarasi sarees. He listened to my dream wedding saree description. Asked me to send him a rough design and some inspiration pictures and notes. I did as he asked. Over the next few weeks he worked very hard to return some sketches for my consideration. We made slow and steady changes to the sketch till we were happy with the vision. Then started the stencils and weaving. I had constant updates on progress and pictures sent to me as the saree was being woven. It was the most amazing and engaged experience of seeing my wedding outfit come to life. That's how "Shubhkamna" saree was born. Saptapadi vows woven on my saree palla fills my heart with joy and love. Thank you Avishekk for making my vision a reality. I got a beautiful designer blouse in red and it’s amazing… The fit, the cut, the make, the material - in a word is “FAB”! I love it…!!! Placed a few more orders and hope to buy more in future..
