Very good place for jeans alteration & other stiching works. Owned by a very nice guy called Nasser. Impressed by his behaviour & service. Please bear in mind that he is the only guy in the shop and manages everything. He was kind enough to accept my jeans alteration request though he was damn busy with other stiching works due to school reopening time. But he managed to complete my work on time. Reasonable charges as well.

Be very careful when giving this person clothes to alter.We gave 3 shirts to alte..after altering..we tried one of the shirts, which happened to be same size as when they were given,when asked he said its just because of the material we are feeling like that.So we paid 750 Rs as asked and came back..Returning home we kept the above said shirt with the other ones and found out that it was not the fabric,.but he hasn't done any altercations to it.We went back and when confronted he said he hadn't done anything to the shirt and if he has to do, we have to give him 350 Rs more.We went back because he said if there is anything you bring back,he will do it,but this is what he did..
he could have just said that he had altered only 2 shirts and if he has to remove the shoulder stitch we have to pay extra..we would have understood..but what he did was he claimed he altered 3 shirts and then we when we went back he said he altered only 2..

Bad experience. After a month, he had not stitched my pants and shirt despite calling him several times. I chose this shop because of the great review on Google. Finally he requested me to take my stuff back. I took it from there and gave it to another center. He apologized for what he had done. His manners and conduct were excellent. But I missed a month.

Over the top service. I had a readymade Blazer which I purchased at the last minute online and needed alterations. I needed the work to be done within 2 days and Mr.Nasar here came to the rescue. He promised to complete the work in two days on priority and delivered on his promise. Great attitude and service. Helped me a lot when I needed it the most.

I had given a few trousers including woolen suit trousers to Naseer for alterations .the quality of work and professionalism was excellent .

Work done here is not good. i gave my dress here for reducing the size. asked the person incharge whether they need measurements. which they replied as not needed. next day i recieved my items. later when i weared it i felt like the cloth is in same state when i gave to the shop. size is not reduced at all and i am not happy with this place.

The best Tailoring Shop in Ernakulam.. I came here to alter my new shirt today, i have contacted several shops but During peek busy day, all of them are refused to stitch.. Finally i called Mr. Nasar ( New city Gents tailoring) without hesitation he told me to come..
Then I came here to alter and get done in 30- 40mins.
I am very much appreciated and thankful to Mr. Nazar for the best service i ever received.

Worst tailoring shop ever , been calling this guy for over 1 and a half month to get my shirt stitched , every week this guy makes new new excuses , its perunal , his daughter’s wedding is coming up etc and asks to wait for one more week finally took back my material back to give it to some other tailor
