Here they stitch uniforms but like other tailoring shops they are very bad at keeping their word. I had given uniforms for stitching and they promised to give the stitched clothes by so and so date. As i wanted it very badly i went two days before the promised date and reminded them about it. And they said that they would complete it. But when i went there the lady at the store told me that it was not complete and when i told them this kind of service is not good she ignored it. I felt offended being a customer she should hear about the grievances as she is not doing it for free. Will they reduce the amount when they go back on their words? Besides, what about our time going back and forth for this?

Worst service. I gave 2 blouse pieces on 13th August for a marriage function scheduled for the 24th. Gave them 2 sarees for edge stitching also. They assured me that one blouse and saree would be ready by 21st and the other by 23rd. Total amount = 1500. Not only did they fail to deliver on time, but the way they treated me as a customer was absolutely unacceptable. On the 21st, after taking time off work and traveling by Uber, they handed me a badly stitched, extremely loose blouse. When I pointed out the issues in the trial room, the lady staff pretended to pass the corrections to the tailor. Later, coming home, I realized no alterations were done at all. When I called their number, tailor asked me to “adjust with that." Saree was stiched properly. I visited again on the 22nd, where the male staff re-measured and promised delivery by 3 PM on the 23rd (along with the other blouse) When I went on the 23rd, the front desk lady ignored me completely, and the person who took measurements had the audacity to admit he had completely forgotten. By 3:30 PM, neither blouse was stitched. The tailor, instead of apologizing, casually showed me the cut pieces and said in the most ignorant way, “cheyyuvaa.” (working on it) He looked like he's gonna punch me. They told me it'll be 7.30 to stich the other blouse. I waited there for 30mnts and left the shop with the corrected blouse piece which wasn't perfect. I'm planning to get the blouse whenever I'm free and I won't pay the full amount for sure. I visited their shop 3 times as of now by taking Uber. So basically: No timely delivery despite multiple visits. No accountability for their mistakes. Disrespectful and careless staff who don’t value customers’ time or trust. I had to run behind them for three consecutive days just for two simple blouses, and they still couldn’t deliver. This shop is unprofessional, irresponsible, and doesn’t deserve anyone’s trust. I met other customers coming with complaints also.
