Whenever I went to this tailor, I always had the worst experience. It takes about two months to get the stitched item. Whenever I go there to collect the dress, she tells she is busy and instructs to come another day. Don't know how to behave to a customer. She is only interested in bulk orders. Only money oriented, no sincerity in her works. I strongly recommend not to go there.

Very Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended!
I had a very bad experience with this stitching centre. Despite clearly communicating my requirements, they completely failed to follow them. The final product did not meet my expectations at all. Poor attention to detail and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work or reliable service.

Very worst stitching and they charge high rate for simple blouse. She stiched completely different than what I show the reference pic. Also it is very loose and don't have finishing. She ruined my onam celebration. I was unable to wear this blouse, so I wore another one. Don't go there guys🙏

Ms Jincy and team always do it accordingly and will deliver the end product with perfections
If any loose fitting we can do trials and will alternate instantly
During any occasions like onam vishu etc there will always be rush and they are trying to finish the order working till midnight, even at that time also she will deliver the product without any problem and if there any delay she will call and update me

1. Salwar kameez had fitting issues, however is better than other local tailors in the area.
2. Princess cut blouse is her speciality.. stitched to perfection. Show any pattern on Pinterest and she will deliver on that.

The person running this place is a very rude lady, not only she had messed up my order saying that I have not placed any orders with her when i had clearly placed the order in person and given her the materials as well, she was very rude on the phone , then when i went to the shop, she talked to me in a very insulting and demeaning manner infront of other customers, i felt very bad , i had to wait an hour again on the date she had agreed to give me the blouse and it had fitting issues as well.
