I had a really good experience at Annika Boutique & Stitching Centre near Infopark, Kakkanad. I got my scrub stitched from here, and I’m very happy with the outcome.
The stitching was neat, fitting was perfect, and they paid attention to all the details I requested. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and they made sure everything was done exactly as I wanted. Also, the work was completed on time, which is a big plus.
Overall, highly satisfied with their service. Definitely a good place in Kakkanad for quality stitching 👍

I gave my bridal blouse for stitching here and was charged ₹3250, which is quite expensive for stitching. I paid this amount expecting high-quality work and a perfect finish for such an important occasion. Unfortunately, the stitching was very disappointing and not up to the standard promised.
I visited the boutique for three consecutive days for corrections, but despite repeated follow-ups, there was hardly any noticeable improvement. The blouse still looked the same, and the fitting/issues were not properly resolved.
I am extremely disappointed because my bridal blouse is an important part of my wedding preparations, and I trusted them with it. For the amount charged, I expected much better professionalism, quality, and service. Would not recommend based on my experience.

They have a decent collection lined up. Had been there to collect my wife's clothes which were given for stitching. Happy to see that they deliver on time. Also got to know they deliver with short time frames as well.

A very shoddy work done.
The shoulders were drooping.
I made the tailor do all kind of alteration to get it fixed but in vain.

Awesome stitching! I haven’t stitched clothes anywhere else in Kochi, so chose Annika seeing the good reviews. I had a deeply disappointing experience here that I feel needs to be shared. For my engagement, I provided a rare and expensive fabric to have a blouse stitched. I had spent a lot of time finding the perfect shade, but they completely mishandled it.
Despite multiple fittings and trials, the blouse never fit right. Instead of addressing the issue, they suggested the problem was with my perception, which was incredibly frustrating. They delayed the delivery to the point that I couldn’t even arrange a backup blouse in time.
I wear an XS size, yet they somehow used almost the entire 2 meters of fabric I gave them. At one point, they even asked me to cut pieces from my saree to fix their mistakes. When I requested the blouse back so I could take it elsewhere, they refused to return it and held onto it until the very last moment.
To top it off, they later posted photos of the poorly finished blouse, showing no regard for the stress and disappointment they caused. The entire experience was upsetting and unnecessary. I wouldn’t recommend trusting them with any valuable fabric or important garments.
PS. I didn't use that blouse after going through all this and resorted to a simple well stitched blouse which wasn't fancy.
Post writing this review, a member from Annika Boutique did reach out and tried to understand what went wrong and I really appreciate the efforts to try and understand the issue and also take down the image of my blouse that they had posted. So thank you for that. :)

Extremely disappointed with the stitching service. I brought in fabric for a custom outfit and clearly explained the design, but the final result was far from what I asked for. The stitching was uneven, poorly finished, and the fit was completely off. I even provided measurements, but it felt like they weren’t followed at all.They charged a high amount but delivered poor-quality work.This was a complete waste of time and money.Would not recommend if you’re looking for quality work or professional service.

I got my blouse stitched from Annika Boutique and it was perfectly done. No alterations were needed. The total cost was ₹1150/- (₹1000 for princess cut and ₹150 for the design). Really happy with the fitting and finishing!
