Unnecessary pressure.
“Ek hi lena hai aapne?” – repeated again and again.
I had not even decided to purchase yet, we just started to discuss, but they seemed in a rush only to close the sale and collect money. Very pushy attitude, low-quality products, and no patience to let customers think or discuss.
Please don’t claim you are the “only” option. There are hundreds of sellers offering better products, better prices, and definitely a better attitude.
Overall, undue pressure and poor customer experience.

Worst worst worst experience in kanpur towards customers they just neglect us after showing 2-3 pieces they simply said we dont have much collection..owner just had a very bad vibe ..they r too much disrespectful towrds customer .. they just had their few permanent customers to deal rest they will not pay attention to any new customers .. its a request to everyone out there plllz dont go on name j&j designer they r very below to that ....

Extremely disappointed with the service at your outfit studio. My sisters and I traveled around 22 km and were looking forward to trying out dresses and lehengas for our brother's ring ceremony, but we were shocked when we were not allowed to do so. The staff's disrespectful behavior towards us, telling us to come back later, was completely unacceptable. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to browse and try on outfits. This experience has left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued as potential customers. We hope you address this issue promptly to ensure a more inclusive and respectful environment for all patrons.

The worst experience as a shopper. The amount of disrespect a staff can show towards a customer has been maximized by this store. People kindly avoid this store in any capacity. They are not at all worth your time, effort or money.

One if the very few designer studios which actually sell unique/designer traditional outfits. I have purchased quite a few bridal outfits from here & I am quite satisfied. People couldn’t stop asking that where did I get my lehenga from.
Customer service is great. They personally value every customer, are very polite & genuine. Will suggest what’s best for you. If you will go once there, you will go again.
Though I see one con, that some people may find it a little expensive. Otherwise designs are great & justify prices.

Have bought two dresses recently, not satisfied with workmanship.
The dresses were left after payment for alteration and when we went to collect it wasn't ready...inspite of giving sufficient time...the tailor could not bring it to apt size ...so had to return without them.
Unfortunately, had to leave the dress that was selected today.
I believe if the team leader takes corrective measures for such issues, customer will feel happier and would definitely want to visit next time.
But in my case.....would not recommend, if you are really wanting to wear a dress in close dates.

I went to the store few days back bought some dresses everything was so good the owner of the showroom dealt with me he showed me all his collection and the service was outstanding I earlier bought many dresses but the shopkeepers used to talk rudely.... but these guys treated me really well and handed me over the dresses only when I was completely satisfied..

Most reasonable and elegant collection also very humble owners and staff loved the fitting also.. I saw a piece here at 5000 rupees and saw the same piece at a boutique in Lajpat Nagar for 12000 rupees very honest people kudos guys

Don't trust on it.. Very bad experience because they will tell you a lot of things but once you paid money then you are nothing for them....They delivered poorly finished lehanga in bad condition just 2-3 days before marriage and they are neither accepting there faults nor want to correct it .
