KlothesVilla Boutique & Ladies wear

Recently got made a gown from klothesvilla for my daughter special bday party. I reside in Navi Mumbai but family stays in Kanpur they advised klothesvilla to me and my entire family we visited the store discussed what exactly i wanted. The owner was simply awesome she heard me patiently suggested few changes and made it one tym perfect and flawless fit. When i went for trial the staff was so helping that cant expect any store in UP to be the same. Delighted with overall services will highly recommend the store /boutique to everyone like me.

The owner frequently speaks about professionalism ,however, my experience reflects otherwise. She retained my materials for several months without any communication or apology and talks about professionalism with a selective meaning which she operationalized. While her staff would answer calls, they lacked basic client-handling and communication skills. On one occasion, she reacted harshly to an error and is very unhealthy when constructive criticism is provided. The design she produced was entirely different from what I had approved. When I pointed this out, I was told the original design could not be executed. I respect her technical expertise and professional judgment when it came later on, anyway,obtaining informed consent and confirming feasibility before finalization is a fundamental aspect of professionalism that was overlooked. Equally important is respectful and empathetic client interaction, which was consistently missing. I had referred several colleagues to her earlier, and all of them reported similar experiences of rudeness. Despite this, I continued to give her the benefit of the doubt until I personally encountered her irrational responses and low tolerance for discussion. I sincerely hope she works on developing interpersonal and humane qualities, as these are essential for sustaining professional relationships in the long run. Based on my experience, as well as that of my colleagues, I would not recommend her services ever to anyone. Her rudeness speaks more than her work.! #very disappointing, #rude # unprofessional #dissrespectful to her clients. 😑

I had a very disappointing experience. A low-quality zip was used in my engagement blouse and it broke quickly. When I contacted the boutique, the owner was rude and arrogant, did not take responsibility, and advised me to get it fixed by a local tailor. My calls were also ignored. I expected better quality and customer service for such an important outfit.

I had a very very bad experience with KlothesVilla. I didn’t expect this kind of rude behaviour from the owner. Their services are poor and they don’t accept their mistakes. While I told the owner about their mistake she got fired . There was a mistake in every piece they stitched in-fact some of them are ruined badly . I pay them full amount what they demanded but my expensive clothes were ruined. There was an unexpected great loss.

I am short of words while writing this review, the outstanding quality of work that you get to see at klothesvilla is phenomenal. It was my sister’s wedding and the collection of suits and dresses that klothesvilla carries was just wonderful, it was like a one stop destination. Even the bride brought all her suits from here itself and everyone just kept raving about how wonderful all the dresses were and not just that, all the suits and lehengas were stitched to perfection. There was not even a single need for any kind of alteration. Pooja Di thank you so so so much for stitching our fabrics in such a short duration of time….. aside from the fact that her work is just wow, she is also the most humble, hard working and helpful person there is. The staff is so sooo cordial. Our experience at klothesvilla was just wonderful… Thank you so so much Pooja di for treating us like family.
