I had a good experience at this place during my previous visit. I recently went again with same expectations but sadly disappointed. Despite being such a big showroom, there is no parking. We had park on the street far away and walk. The stock was very limited and the few pieces which I liked were too much overpriced. They didn't have many options in biger sizes. The sales persons were a bit unwilling to show the pieces. They didn't show untill you specifically ask for that piece to open because of which I felt like there were too little varieties. Overall average experience and limited stock.

I bought a dress material here. It was definitely old stock and started ripping away after stitching. Even the leggings bought were bad quality and not the right fit. Worst experience. I got fooled by the rating here and visited this one.

My mom and wife love this place. No return, No exchange and Fixed prize women dress store. They got good collection and variety range of dresses to choose from. Price range is a bit higher than reasonable but thats okay I guess. Do not expect for the hospitality from the management. Just grab the stuff you like, pay the bill and get out.

This shop and neighbour shops making traffic issue. Customers parking on road and making traffic issue every day. If u people not have enough space for parking make alternative to your customers. Don’t make problem to normal people everyday. It is near to U turn. Left side is blocking with your customer cars and right side of road blocking by u turn vehicles.

Very bad behaviour from Aakruti staff and changed their words. Given a word alteration can be done next day, after dress purchase. But after purchase they’re asking to come after 3 days.

Weavers India & Aakruti is a treasure trove for ethnic wear lovers! I visited their Kukatpally store and came back with sarees, kurtis, and dress materials — and I couldn't be happier with my picks.
The collection is vast and suits every budget. The handloom sarees, especially the Pochampally and silk varieties, are stunning. The kurta section has great variety too — from casual to festive, they have it all. Dress material quality is top-notch with beautiful prints and fabrics.
The staff was helpful in guiding through the options without being pushy, which I really appreciated. The store is well-organized and makes browsing a pleasure.
If you're in Hyderabad and love traditional Indian wear, this is a must-visit. Highly recommend! 🙌

High price and low quality. They have defects on most of the sarees. Either threads have come off, colour shade, also some oil kind of stain on the saree. If we ask they say it's because of the weaving and do not agree it is as damage.

This has become a go to place for my wife and mother. You can get all varieties of sarees for all age groups. Collections are amazing though not huge. Very reasonable prices. No headache of bargaining as the prices mentioned on stickers are strictly adhered to. If there is any discount, it’ll be clearly mentioned on the tag itself. I shopped multiple times alone to gift my wife and mother. Very helpful staff.

Not happy with the service. We have to be very careful while purchasing sarees from them. We will find defect sarees. Few days back we have purchased saree for 7.5k and in 1hr after reaching home we found that it’s a defective and we requested to change the saree and even ok to get same saree another one. Later they refused and said they don’t have. And forced us to take another saree. When we said we didn’t like other models as ask to return the money they refused it and forced us to take another saree as we don’t have choice we need to purchase. For sure I won’t recommend these people to others. I have given all data here so that management can find and even I am ok if they want to call me.
So requesting people please be careful while purchasing sarees from them check carefully as we are paying huge money.

Customer service is very bad, they are proudly saying that no exchange on damaged products,why can't say before purchase? We are giving this product for low price by having damages to clothes?? Is this way they can answer to valuable customers? How can we suggest to our friends having such irritating staff? I can suggest to aakruti management to change ladies staff, they are not affective in showing clothes what the models aakruti have. I suggest to keep gent staff they can surely value ladies as like family members. And they are asking for reviews shamely as they are providing irritating and arrogant services as well.. so shame on the ladies staff especially and billing gent person saying to people that on offers they can keep damaged clothes on face itself after realising the things customers feeling very bad as like us. I suggest the team that to change stupid staff. I hope this review finds the management and staff and customers as well.

They have nice collection, but the energy of staff is so bad. They do not want to spend effort in opening dresses and showing. I was in so rush and I needed a dress so badly for event otherwise I would never prefer buying there. I could see pretty collection but I have to literally ask them to show me th collection still they denied showing giving different reasons.

Their collection is good. After spending almost an hour in the shop I can only say the staff is not interested in selling such beautiful handloom products. I went for cotton kurtas and they started showing liva/ polyester ones and trying to convince me in a sarcastic tone. I could understand that the owner was putting sincere effort in training employees but some of them seemed stubborn. Just hoping for better reception when I visit again.

Very bad experience with the product and when tried for exchange they claim that they have given the product in discount hence no exchange can be done. And they agreed for the damage and proudly said it is given in low price because of damage. Why is this not told while selling this product? Very very bad experience and cheating customers. Please be careful while going here and try to avoid it if possible.

Very good collection of Ethnic wear for women. The silk sarees collection is wide and really good. The best part is that it is very reasonably priced when compared to many other branded ( read Popular) stores around the city. The dress material collection is simply awesome. Great place for shopping for all occasions including the big one like weddings. The range and collection along with the quality of the goods makes it a place must visit. Conveniently located in KPHB ( on the main road), parking is limited but can be parked along side of the road as it is not very crowded. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Product is good but alteration team is really worst. They tell you that they give you exact fitting but that is not the case.
@Owner - I am not able to add my response. I dont stay in hyd to visit the store soon. But I am now regretting for purchasing incorrect size for that higher price. Tailors are not able to adjust the dress for my measurements :( .

Did not like the collection. All seem like same pattern with different colours. Sales boys doesn't show any interest in showing the collection. They take 5mins of time and get back to us with 1 or 2 dresses.

No colour guaranty...for first wash garments will spoil..if we ask they won't address or resolve instead blame customers...stiching is worst ..they will surely spoil material..unprofessional tailors...they will take ages to stich we need to call 100 times they may or may not lift calls...worst place to buy materials and sarees....high cost ..worst quality...worst behavior with customers...I totally reject this weavers ...others please don't become fools by going there

The pattu sarees are good but the person(a female staff) who will be showing us the sarees are not good. They are not at all intrested..she have hardly shown us some 15 sarees with great difficulty each time mentioning the cost of saree although we told her that price is not an issue.

Worst store you will find in this area. No collection and very arrogant owner and staff.Trying to attract customers with flashy lights and interiors.

I bought a beautiful dress from aakruti and turns out that the same dress was available at small stores for a much cheaper price. I also bought dress materials and all of them were unwearable after the first wash.

I have heard great things about Weavers INDIA but I got mislead and cheated. They sold me a Super looking Pattu Saree for 11000 after discount. They sold it to me with many promises on quality.
I presented it to my Mom for her Retirement Function and Bday. She wore only once due to sweat on the same day colors spread all over the Saree. Gave at many dry cleaning areas but none of them agreed to take the Saree saying it cannot to corrected or cleaned because of The quality. The colors will definitely spread more .. So it's utter waste of money now. Can't use it nor get it cleaned.

Today i wasted my time and money jn this shop.i seriously regret going there.they will be nice untill you purchase any staff after that they will show they true color.For stiching hands they need 1 hr time itseems which very less duration for them it seems.moreover they didnt even invite us to wait in there shop.As their address shows it is not so near to forum mall it is somewhat far away atleast to spend some time there .Not even a single shop or mall is near by them.i recommend jst go to shops on jntu main road atleast they strt stiching after 10 min of your arrival ,they will definetly have fan in their trail rooms.

Though stitching hands take 15 minutes but there are other customers where they need to deliver. Any shop follows first come first serve policy. Hope you understand. Unpleasant experience with the staff. Very lame responses and no willingness to show designs. I’m a regular customer to this store for dress materials as we liked the designs and after saree shopping this time we decided to never visit again.
