XPOSE LADIES BOUTIQUE

I would humbly request everyone to please go through this review. This is very important and I want each and everyone to think million times before approaching this Boutique for anything at all. I approached this Boutique on 14 December at about 3:50 pm with my materials to get a half saree done. Royal Blue and Baby Pink were the colours. The lady of the boutique reached the shop at about 4:05 pm and we explained what we needed. Royal Blue was about 6 meters for lehanga and blouse, and baby pink was about 3 meters for Dupatta. I showed pictures for her reference. She was unable to suggest what could be better or how to get it done, especially with the lace on the dupatta. 10 minutes into the conversation, she tried to explain whatever knowledge she had. We were hesitant but tried to give her an opportunity. Please note she never took the measurement until we reminded her after paying the amount for work. She only took measurement of the chest and shoulder, not the complete measurements for a half saree. She said she would charge 2300 for the half saree and confirmed to deliver it by 22 December for Christmas. I tried reaching out to her a couple of times on 15 December but was unresponsive. I pinged on WhatsApp, yet no response. I tried again in the evening to ask for progress, and she said she was going to her Uncle’s place and would not be available for 2 days. I asked if the work had begun; she said not yet but would handover the dress on time. I called her after an hour, saying I wanted to know how the dress was coming up and would suggest amendments. I asked her to return the dress so I could get it done elsewhere. She said she had cut the material to be stitched. I asked where the dress was and who was working on it. She said the dress was in the shop, locked, and keys were with her. I requested her to help me get the dress, but she said she would not come until 16 December night or 17 evening. I asked why she did not inform me earlier about her absence. She said she had her own problems and talked arrogantly. She does not value customer’s emotions or time. She was rigid and insisted on doing the work herself. I asked her to handover the material as is and not do any more work. She insisted on doing the blouse. I asked how she would do it if she was unavailable at the shop. She was star struck. I asked her to just handover the material. She then asked about the amount paid. I said she could deduct the amount for cutting the material and transfer the rest. I called her on 17 December afternoon to confirm when she would reach the shop. She said by 7pm. She called me at 7:02 pm stating she was at the shop. I told her I would book Rapido and she could handover the material to the person. She said she would deduct 1000 from the 2000 given for cutting the material. I did not argue as I was worried about the material. I booked Rapido and the guy reached the store. She called and asked me to send “Hi” on PhonePe to transfer 1k. I did, and then she asked me to ping that I received the material. I asked if she handed over the material to the delivery agent. She said no, he was waiting until I pinged her that I received it. I tried reaching the Rapido agent but he was not responding. I called her to just handover the material as it was already late. She insisted I mention that I collected the material, although it was never handed over. This went on for 20 minutes and the agent left. I lost my mind and told her she was troubling me unnecessarily. She said, “No, you ping me that material is handed over and only then I will give it.” I pinged her on WhatsApp that material was received, but the agent had already left. It took me 15 minutes to book another ride on Ola, and again she insisted I send “material received,” which I already did. I asked the Ola person to please take the material at the earliest and leave. I have to tell you all that this lady has tortured me and tormented me with her senseless and pathetic talks. I honestly feel bad for myself and for people wanting to fulfil their festive dreams.

Aunty is so friendly nature. I came at last minute in hurry to strich my blouse. She stitched in very less time.Absolutely loved the blouse stitching! The fitting was perfect, and they customized exactly how I wanted it. The fabric was handled with great care, and the delivery was on time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for stylish and neat stitching!

I came with high hopes looking at the google reviews, but had a terrible experience. She took 5 weeks to make my kurta and trouser (indian), ruined the stitching and I'm absolutely dissatisfied with the finishing. An expensive piece of clothing is now ruined, please do not trust this tailor. There are a couple more in and around, please go to them

Was travelling to India on my vacations from London. Needed to go to few temples which had dress code . Saw some reviews and contacted the boutique. She assured me she can help and told me not to worry . The day I visited her , again she Assured me and gave me some great ideas for my blouse and half saree stitched. Within a day I have got it stitched. It was perfectly done to my liking at it exceeded the expectations. Thanks once again !!!!

When I had searching for urgent alteration I have searched so many boutiques and so many places to visited but no one supported for that. Finally I have searched in Google I got xpose boutique number and connected with aunty immediately she responded and provided the good work on time. Now a day no one helping like this but some time cost is not a matter comparing to our situation and our occasion is important. She had good heart and I like her talkative nature if you stayed their for more time you don't bored.

The tailoring is top-notch, as all reviews point. But what I liked most about this boutique is Mouli garu has an in-depth understanding of the fabrics and designs and what works best with what. She provided a lot of well-informed suggestions which made the final outcome much more satisfying for me. She has also delivered my dress as promised on time even during the busy wedding season. I can't thank Mrs Mouli enough for her outstanding service. My wife was in a bind and needed a salwar suit altered on very short notice. Not only did she complete the job in short span of time, but the quality of the work was impeccable. The fit was perfect, and her attention to detail was evident. I had very very good experience at xpose boutique, I got dresses materials and stitched from xpose boutique for my daughter , the work on the blouses are also beautifully done by mouli, all of them are well designed and stitched to perfection, mouli showed multiple ideas of impressive designs, she was extremely meticulous with her work and delivered a perfectly fitting beautiful dress at a very reasonable price with in time , I liked this place and would definitely recommend it.
