The customer service is top notch. Starting from show casing the variety they have to taking accurate measurements, everything makes you feel like you are available a top class service. Tailoring charges are absolutely unreasonable. 70% is just the tailoring cost (Total bill: 22K - Tailoring charges: 15K, Fabric cost: 7K). And moreover the store hesitates to give the bill. I had to ask on 3 different days to give the bill and still they were reluctant. Would not recommend PN Rao - Not just this store but all stores.
Though a special mention to Arif Sheikh, the designer behind my suit, whose expertise and keen eye for style made all the difference. He understood exactly what I was looking for and customized the design to my taste and body type.
