If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
This place markets itself as a premium tailoring service, but my experience was nothing short of a complete disaster. They charge significantly higher than most tailors, which I was initially okay with, assuming it would translate into better quality and service. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened.
To begin with, the measurements were completely wrong across all garments. Despite their performative “professionalism” (gloves, formal process, etc.), the end result was shockingly poor. Every single piece had fitting issues, and even after I pointed out a consistent measurement error early on, they failed to correct it in subsequent items.
The stitching quality is unacceptable. Basic tailoring standards are not met - there is visible asymmetry, poor finishing, and careless construction. Left and right sides of garments don’t even match. It honestly feels like amateur work being sold at premium prices.
Timelines were never respected. There was zero proactive communication - I had to constantly follow up, only to be told about delays at the last minute. I ended up visiting 4-5 times because I just wasn’t being given my clothes which completely defeats the purpose of paying for a supposedly premium, convenient service.
On the payment side, they attempted to charge extra for card payments, which is not just unethical but also illegal in India. Customers cannot be forced to bear transaction charges. I was essentially pushed into paying via cash/UPI.
They also tried to randomly add ₹300 to my bill without any prior communication or agreement. Only when I refused did they backtrack, which clearly shows how casually they try to overcharge customers.
The so-called “complimentary pickup and drop” service is another misleading claim. When it actually came time for delivery, they refused to arrange it unless I waited 4–5 additional days or handled (and paid for) logistics myself. When questioned, they conveniently rebranded it as a “value-added complimentary service” rather than a commitment. If your logistics partner is not available that should be a problem for the business to solve, not for the customer. Any business with basic empathy at least would be okay arranging the drop off from their side (which would cost just 150-200 rupees vs my total bill of around ~12000) given that they are unable to meet their commitment because of their own logistics partner being unavailable but instead they just argued with me and kept being rude.
The staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, and extremely difficult to deal with. Instead of resolving issues, they argue, deflect, and show zero accountability. If I hadn’t wasted so much time, money and energy on these people already I would actually want to file a consumer complaint against them for the horrible work + attempts to overcharge and the mental stress they’ve put me through.
Overall, this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. High prices, terrible quality, endless delays, hidden charges, and misleading promises.

ScamScamScam! There is no ‘0’ to give the reviews. A very bad service. Beware of their payment scams. Without the customer approval, they start the work and demand for the high charges. I dealt with a lady and I was totally disappointed with her service. Their policies are only for their favour. They can stitch without the customer approval and they are asking us to stay on WhatsApp 24/7 to say NO. Do not fall for their ads.

I gave two blouses with clear design instructions, but both were completely ruined. Even after sharing a reference blouse, the outcome is unacceptable. This is careless and highly unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed.

Pathetic service. Have gave them evening gown to fix deep neck and back with some designs or cloth. They fixed strings and charged me 2k which i could have done it myself with 200 rupees. This is the most ridiculous fix I have seen for any designer gown. They took 6 days to fix this

Pathetic service. They stitch as per their wish, not as discussed. Made a big mistake to go for their stitching service after reading so many positive reviews. They can't even make a symmetric neck. Even after multiple rounds of alteration they could not fix a simple neck. And they don't even admit their mistakes. Worst attitude.

You have provided us a blouse fabric that would only be possible for a single dart , which has been explained in the initial design confirmation call . You have agreed and we have successfully delivered this product . However post delivery you wanted a different neck altogether along with remaking in princess cut , we have agreed for this too but as expected a material once stitched in a particular fashion or style , if altered will give a bad fitting .

Yes you’ve no records from past three months as you took 2 months to come to a conclusion that you can’t make my size, and you informed you about the cup size which then i told you that make a normal blouse for me then also you gave me a sick piece which I was not even able to wear on the day I had to. And abuses were thrown to us by you also so no one will sit after this much of harassment. I still have the contact details of the police people who visited your boutique for the same issue. So please don’t lie here. I repeatedly asked and requested you that this is my mom’s gift pleaser don’t spoil it.i told this to you for like 10-15 times and requested you to please handle it properly but you guys just ruined and so badly and also did not accept the fact. See we also earn money by hard work but we never ask for any discounts or gift cards by you we pay what you say but at the end we want what we have paid for. I was literally tortured by you for one blouse for 2 months. Please don’t play with your customers emotions like this we really trust in you and at the end we get this. Seriously it’s now worth to even invest a minute in you guys as you are continuously lying and blaming your fault to others. It’s so disheartening to see that what limits service industry has reached to by people like you. So sad

We haven’t processed any of your orders in last 3 months .
Upon checking your order history and internal review we were informed that
There was no police complaint and we have recordings of your family members hurling abuses against our team .
We couldn’t source the cups/pads and the same was informed to you but still were to asked to try sourcing them .
It quite often happens with rude customers like you to throw abuses and claim to be related to someone in police or we know everyone to just threaten us . We have made many garments for you earlier too but none had issues .
As a service based organisation we are focussed on serving customers to the best of our ability and in the process civility is what is expected

Terrible quality and even worse customer service. I trusted them with my fabric and design, but what I received was a completely different and poorly stitched outfit. The fitting was off, the stitching looked unprofessional, and the final result was far from what was promised.

The worst experience ever. I had placed an order for 2 kids lehenga. Provided them with every piece of cloth latkan lace needed. Gave them the design too. They charged and said will take 2 weeks to deliver.
They delivered after a month after repeated followups giving 100 excuses.
They charged an additional 520 rs with no reason provided saying that happens for design changes.
They are not trustworthy.
If you don’t want to lose your piece of mind for getting some piece stitched which you designed with all your heart. Please don’t use their services. This review is from their regular customer. Their service have worsened.
Reply to the reply: order is still not delivered. It’s already 2pm. Also, team never contacted to inform about the delay. I had to be in constant touch and get my order delivered.
I was never informed that my delivery is ready so that i can do a store pickup. So the point for delivery being complimentary is not valid here as the item itself was not ready to be delivered.
Also, nowhere it was mentioned while taking order that order price increases till 20percent.
Their rule pages are shared after we raise our voice against them.

Only on agreeing for this , we normally proceed with the order. We understand that you were disappointed with the delay in service, however our team had been in constant touch to inform you about delays in the service.
Regarding the delivery part, it is a complimentary free service and at times due to local wether conditions we would be unable to deliver the item, and we reschedule the delivery for next day. We value our customers and our service fulfillment team as well.

Horrible horrible service ! They promise you to deliver within days Take 4 working days & 6 non working days which I come to know after paying . After which I begged then to give the saree back as I needed to board a train the very night. They give it to me without the service and half stitched! Ruined my day and my saree! 😭😭😭😭

I am not usually the one to give a negative review, as I believe in the benefit of doubt and everyone has their own share of ups and downs.
But here I am , they’ve literally tested my patience to the maximum and yet were very negligent and careless about my order.
Let me be very honest, my first order with them was smooth and flawless and I was pleasantly surprised because the order was picked and delivered promptly and even the explanation and confirmation of my outfit was clear and crisply taken. I did send a sample outfit , but they did take up the order well .
Hence why I jumped to the second order, gave them maternity dresses to stitch! And boy this time I regret it big time and so pissed that would never reach back to them again.
I have given them 2 outfits !
Lack of follow up , delayed confirmations, careless attitude, no prompt follow ups, they have also forgotten to confirm my order until I reminded them , delayed deliveries ! At one point they asked me to collect my outfit because of the delay in delivery they were facing! Long time they have taken for stitching this two outfits !
When finally delivered after the whole hassle, inappropriate stitching, some really gross errors they have done ! And when I call to explain them they said okay will fix it and I get the outfit back in the same form it was without any alterations done! I mean it takes pure common sense to fix the error I asked them too, but they were still very negligent!
At this point I didn’t think it was even worth spending my time explaining them a thing anymore cos of their negligent and laidback attitudes!

It takes a great effort to construct a bespoke garment and with many intricacies involved there is scope for alterations and understanding this we provide free alteration service and at times due to reasons beyond control this free service extends to the second time as well .A stencil garment goes a long way in avoiding confusion.
However most people think bespoke is cut and paste, which isn’t the case
We suggest you go ahead choose only readymade garments next time , since you would get or you would rather wear what is given rather than having any expectation. It would suit you

The team assured me of on time delivery and on the day of delivery they say we haven't completed and excuses.
If the team already knows that they cannot finish it by the deadline given by the customer, why accept it is my question.
I totally understand that they are pre occupied with other orders but why give hopes to the customer.
I had to call of my event due to the dress.
After two days I show up there and if I hadn't asked for a trial, they would have packed it and I would have left.
There were so many alterations and the dress wasn't even done detailing in the front.
And the team says that the working hours are done and they need to leave.
I also understand I went when they are closing but they asked me to do so.
One of the team member called me and asked me to show up at that time.
Is it my fault that I ask them to finish the alteration?
I request you to not give dresses here unless and until you have one week grace time left.

Very bad experience with them - while they have a good systematic process , their tailors do a terrible job at stitching even simple items.
It took them 4-5 iterations/alterations to stitch a simple round neck blouse - inspite of providing measurements and a sample blouse. And even after multiple iterations - the fitting is subpar and uncomfortable.
This is the second time where they completely botched up my blouse fabric.
Second, their coordinator, Vedha, is not very good at understanding instructions and conveys them all wrong to the tailors - even if it is as simple as fitting a ready made kurta
They are over -priced but do not provide quality service - they expect the customers to do a quality check and point out even the most basic things.
2 out of 3 experiences with them have been frustrating, a waste of time and money, and never going to them again.

1. Every fabric differs from the other and when worn the outfit made of different fabrics throw different challenges . We obliged your request of altering the same garment four times free of charge , since we through our experience know more about garment construction. One has to realise all fabrics are not the same
2. Alterations dont come out well and its a far difficult problem than making a fresh garment
3. We are what we call priced well, and we make our pricing known prior to confirming the order . One can’t expect to have universal pricing or acceptable to you pricing for someone else’s hard work

Highly unsatisfied work. Poor quality of work. I gave mine and my husband’s kurta for stitching.. cheapest quality of buttons used. Very poor fitting. Took so much of time.. they say they will take x no. of days, but will deliver after xxxx days.. and they want full advance payment.. I will never recommend them and never again give anything for stitching. All the good reviews looks fake to me.

I got intrigued when I got to know about their service. They can pick up your materials from your home and stitch and deliver in the next 24 hours.
I wanted to get my clothes and my baby's clothes stitched for Eid. I went to their factory for the first time to give my full body measurements and from there on, the designer discussed all details over the calls and finalized the orders. The stitching is perfect and true to the measurements, loved the experience. Prices are reasonable for adults. The only thing they charged the same amount for baby clothes as well, i would assume clothes for a 9 month old baby would take less time and effort, however I agreed to those charges since I did not have any alternate option.
Still very happy with the stitching and the final product, would strongly recommend.

Amazing delivery - got my order the next day, they took less than 24 hrs to pickup, customise, stitch and deliver.
Fit was perfect, exactly same as the measurement garment that I have given. Finishing is great! Definitely a thing to try for a second time!

Worst service. I canceled all my programs as they said it will be delivered today. Yesterday they were supposed to deliver by 9PM . They called me and asked me to book a rapido as the other deliveries were done in the morning. They said next day morning they will schedule the delivery but scheduled from 2PM to 9 PM. It's 9:59 PM now I haven't received my order.
Even though you message them in whatsapp they care not to respond. They take their sweet time to respond.
Stitching charges too are high and to be paid before so that they can do all such things..
They have spoiled my Kurti. Stitched very tight and the length of the kurti was given 46" but they made it short. It was a very expensive khadi material.. I gave my instructions very clearly while taking the measurements, yet they have spoiled the length of the kurti which is not to my choice and which cannot be worn at all..

I have a very sad experience with these people. I had given them my blouse for a specific patter to which they agreed. Post that after cutting the material they realised that the pattern can't be stitched because the material was short. I asked them to cancel my order and give the refund they didn't do that instead they stitched a simple blouse and handed it over to me without my consent. Primarily how can they cut the material without knowing if the design can be stitched was my concern which they could not address.
And because they take advance amount they don't want to refund that and as per their wish they stitch and give. Pls make sure you don't give material to such people who charge you before the job is done

These guys are best and perfect. An example for their committed is that I have asked these guys to make couple of alterations after receiving the final product. I thought they will deny making those changes. To my surprise, they didn't deny any and made all the changes and delivered the product next day..I did not find any cons in their service.

Stitching wise, loved the output. I wanted to get a blazer stitched within 3 days, and they delivered in 4 days. No complaints, I understand that since it was a very short notice. But talking about the outfit, loved the stitching. I read a comment where it read they stitch as they like! Well, in my outfit I was surprised to see they stitched the buttons with the cloth covering the buttons which I didn't ask for but although I missed these details, glad they didn't. Truly loved the stitching . Not a single thread was seen & gave the designer touch. They stitch true to measurements addressed so if you need a looser fitting you have to mention that Clearly.
Apart from this the only trouble is that there is very slow communication initially, there's a lack of promptness while taking an order initially, for which customer has to really take atleast 4 hrs or a whole day to convey what the customer needs, what can be done, etc. Even after service, (I have not opted the alteration thing) but I'm talking about after service. I messaged how many mtrs was req for making the blazer atleast 2-3 times but there was no reply even when the message was seen.
No other complaints. Looking forward to get more stuff stitched 😊

The dresses that i have given first time were perfectly stitched and I was absolutely happy to receive the clothes without any follow ups. With the same trust, i have given 3 more dresses after a span of couple of months. This time it was an absolute disaster, the cutting was worst which made the dresses fit horribly with too much cloth appearing as folds near arms and
back. These aren't looking any better even after alteration and absolute waste of money. I will never go back to them for stitching with such a worst experience :(

Edit: There is no option to reply here but clarifying from my side, i did not ask them to waive gst, what a joke! I said they should mention final prices so that we know whether to go with it or not. If you notice the reply in all the review threads they make it look like it's always the reviewer's fault when replying to negative reviews and when is a positive review they say thanks. If someone gives a negative review it is feedback to improve on, not to defend yourselves. Please improve your tone of voice in phone calls, that's all I can say.
Edit: They just cancelled my order and refused to stitch my clothes because of my review. Their customer service is even worse than their behaviour. This shows how professional they are. Reducing my review from 2 stars to 1 star. I thought I could maybe delete the review if they did a good job with tailoring but this review is here to stay. Can't believe I recommended them to my relatives just the other day!
These guys are helpful and I got in touch with them to get one of my collections done. I prefer tone of voice rather than money and to me the tone of voice of them didn't quite cut it. She sounded really rude to talk to and moreover when I suggested that they include all the costs in the final prices, that's how it works for us overseas, she says to me "but this is not overseas ma'am this is India", like duh i know it's India, i didn't need your opinion it was a suggestion.
And moreover, their basic kurta charges without lining is 350. Even if you just want piping you'll have to pay 100 extra. And they will add to it make it 375, which is approximately 400. I don't understand this concept, coming from overseas. Pricing should always be clear and to the point.
Their prices that are given in the catalogue are not consistent and they will definitely add surcharges to them. Haven't gotten my product yet but will definitely edit my review after getting the product.
I thought I was in for a long-term business (despite the negative reviews they have online) with these people but now I'm not so sure.

Nagesh who manages is very humble, polite and professional guy. I really appreciate and overwhelmed by his efforts of understanding and taking action to meet customers satisfaction. If the stitching is not apt he makes sure it is redone properly.
Overall had a very good experience. Got some of my dresses stitched among which our family twinning dresses with our newborn for our first anniversary were a hit and received many compliments.
I just gave 1 star less because I would be more happy if my dresses came out perfect in the first attempt only without any need of re-work for a hassle free experience.

Guys do not rely on them in emergency situations. They just make us wait to get it pickedup and in last moment they say they dont have slots to get pickedit up. Even if stitching was good enough we can go through all the stuff but i dont find it good with my previous experience. I only know these store so thought of stitching it again with them in emergency situation but they just show so much neglegance.

Service and support is too good, stitching is perfect may be 1,
or 2 alterations needed at first time, was, delivery is on time no need any multiple reminders as we do for regular tailor uncles, but the prices are lil bit on higher side, everything is chargeable including Dori for kurthi or blouses. If we want salwar, top & bottom are separately charged, apart from these charges rest are too good. Great services at Hyderabad..!

I would have given -ve rating if there was an option.Firstly I don’t suggest this place to anyone. They have the worst service ever. They don’t deliver the outfits on time and the fitting is worst. I gave five outfits none of them are good. Though I gave it for alternation they made it even worse.i had a huge loss because of them. They take full payment prior so it doesn’t bother them if we have issues from their end. After alterations are done I’ve called them till now they didn’t even respond.

All our garments are ruined by Tailorsin and not stitched as per measurements and directions given/discussed. Worst part about them, we went personally twice, spent our hours for new measurements and instructions, still it was not followed/corrected/repaired.
No-one bothers to check the instructions given/garments before delivery, waste of time and money, just giving excuses for everything and putting it on someone within their team.
Do not trust on them, just seeing their space and way of speaking. Worst in terms of customer service and worst tailor in Hyderabad.
We have lost around 10k - 12 k on our stitching material and 5k approx on stitching. They have nothing to say apart from sorry every time, this happened 5-6 times on the same garments. They just give false assurance/promises.
This is our fifth time, after we gave our feedback on the deliveries which had issues and the same thing repeated.
I have to give you this review, so that others should not suffer because of this.
It was our mistake that we again trusted you and given you clothes for stitching again, based on your sweet promises and false hopes.
One should not invest their hard earned money, just by trusting tailorsin. Their model is flopped, they have so many layers in place (in so called fancy software or whatever), in reality they don't follow a simple instruction. Street vendors are much better than them.
You have no courtesy to ask for some compensation or refund. You take advantage of nice customers and take them for a ride. You should first resolve customers previous issues on priority and then ask money for any new orders.
They want money to be paid in advance before delivery, after having issues also.
Would never recommend tailorsin to anyone.

Worst experience… please don’t give your expensive clothes. My kanjivaram saree blouse got ruined.Both of the sleeves are not of same size I have shared them the video. shoulder are falling ..there were needle holes in the blouse which was not the material defect. I went to their place wore the blouse three times then also issue did not get resolve because they cannot undo the wrong cutting done in a blouse. At last I gave up. Fitting was also worse which also did not get resolved. The issue raised by me were taken casually by the master. Also the front team handling the issue were also not professionals.

I was expecting that Tailorsin is a professional brand for stitching clothes in Hyderabad but for the first time when I received my dress I was disappointed. The dress was not at all stitched as expected, the fitting was missing, pant was not stitched properly.
I had to go again to make changes finally to some extent they have made changes.
Suggestion: Give a normal dress for stitching later if you are satisfied with their stitching go with the better priced one. But don't give a brand material or costly material for the first time, which I did a mistake.

Worst tailoring place, no manners how to talk and they never make things as per the measurements. They promised to give the clothes in 1 week and it was 3 weeks still they did not give the orders.Spolied my clothes for worth 25k as they stiched with someone else measurements.

Inspite of giving instructions in writing very clearly, sending every detail on whats App still they messed up.
Delivery is so bad that they send the blouses at 10.45 PM by a uber package person.

We are really sorry this . We see that you have placed an order last in 2022. We offered full refund for the fabrics that were purchased , however we haven’t received the invoice . Alternatively we offered to replace the fabrics with the nearest matching fabrics from the same store .
You had visited our store later, and abused couple of our team members . We totally believe in customer service but nothing stands beyond anyone’s self respect . We have closed the order after requesting you couple of times for the invoice .
Regarding the late delivery you had requested that the item be delivered at any cost that very day . We were informed by the Rapido guy that he was abused too.

Very disappointed. The whole process is cumbersome. Much easier to give clothes to the local tailors.
Communication issues when you try to explain the design you want on phone.
As some details get missed. They stitch something else.
They spoiled my mothers blouse although we gave a reference one.
They can't even alter a simple pyjama properly.
For these outfits they did worst tailoring, not fit to call themselves professional.
FYI: The second order was bad. I only gave the third order with simple alterations as I thought there was money left in my wallet.
No longer confident to give any full stitching orders to Tailorsin.
