Extremely disappointing experience with My Perfect Fit. I approached them in November 2025 for stitching a blazer and trouser suit. I travelled nearly 9 km every weekend for repeated trials, and on some days had to go through 4–5 fittings in a single day. Despite multiple measurements and changing tailors several times, they could not get the fitting right.
It is now May 2026 and they still have the suit since it is not ready. The stitching and fitting are so poor that it looks like a cheap ready-made suit instead of something I paid ₹19,000 for as a made-to-fit outfit.
After the fourth failed attempt and another tailor change in April 2026, I was promised a refund. However, they are now ignoring messages and follow-ups entirely.
Very unprofessional handling, poor customer service, and a complete waste of time and money. They currently have my suit, my money, and have shown no accountability whatsoever.
I am now proceeding with a complaint before the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

This was supposed to be a perfect fit. What I got instead was a masterclass in how to waste someone’s money and time. The trousers and shirts were stitched so tight they’re borderline unwearable. Not “tailored,” not “snug,” just plain wrong. Anyone with basic tailoring knowledge would know this isn’t how clothes are supposed to fit a human body.
What makes it worse is the response. Instead of owning the mistake or offering a proper fix, the attitude felt dismissive and careless. If you’re charging premium prices, the bare minimum is listening to your customer and delivering what was promised. That didn’t happen here.
This wasn’t a small adjustment issue. This was a complete failure in measurement, execution, and customer service. End result: uncomfortable clothes, frustration, and money down the drain. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about fit, quality, or being treated seriously as a customer.
I’ve been calling and texting you repeatedly. You’re clearly seeing the notifications, yet there’s been no response. Is this really how you want to handle a situation like this?
Saying you’ll “correct it” after ignoring multiple attempts to reach you doesn’t inspire confidence. Communication matters just as much as the correction itself, and right now that’s been completely lacking

My initial contact was via their website I received a response from Adrian who set up an online appointment with their Personal Stylist, Jigyasa Singh. This fantabulous stylist walk me through the process step by step, kept me in constant contact and she was able to vision the appearance I desired and produced it to perfection. I never write a positive review there are “other” people to do that job. Not only fit these guys don’t even know how to choose the design which matches for you or at least they should correct you if you pick wrong one. Charged 1 lakh for 3 dresses and its not even look like 30k all together. Cloth quality is very very very poor. They not even know how to ship the outfits to your place. Don’t bend for their sweet words, very pricy for what you get. Very poor standards!! This is how 1 lakh worth shipping will be sent 🙂

Recently purchased a suit and kurta with customization in MPF. The fit is impeccable, providing a sharp, tailored look. The fabric feels luxurious and high-quality, ensuring comfort throughout the day.
The craftsmanship is evident in every detail, from the stitching to the lining. I especially appreciate the versatility.
The main thing I love here is the time they give you to see and select the design and fabric.
Bhavana was my designer and had provided a good collection of samples to try and finalize my dress. She gave me plenty of time in my selection.
Tailors will check the dress fit along with you on all possible poses based on the occasion you needed the dress.

Each and every person right from the start has been extremely cooperative and helpful towards understanding our needs and catering to it. Our main point of contact who handled everything for us with lot of patience and expertise has been bhavana. My Sangeet day experience with My Perfect Fit was not only disappointing but also filled with deceit and unprofessionalism. The series of events that unfolded were not only distressing but also reflective of a concerning lack of integrity within the store.
Initially, I faced the issue of receiving a coffee-stained sherwani, delivered late on my Sangeet day. This led to a postponement of our event by an hour, causing significant inconvenience. When I sought to verify the cause of the stains through the store’s CCTV footage, the responses were evasive and contradictory. First, I was informed that the CCTV was not working, then later told the displays weren’t functioning, followed by a claim that the CCTV’s hard drive was full. Such inconsistencies raise serious doubts about the credibility and transparency of the store.
Furthermore, when confronted about the coffee stains, Bhaskar, the store stylist, initially claimed that only small coffee cups were used in the store, implying they couldn’t have caused the extensive stains. However, this statement was quickly disproven when we observed another stylist with a large coffee mug. Upon questioning, we learned that different sizes of coffee cups were indeed used in the store. When presented with this fact, Bhaskar was unable to provide a coherent explanation, resorting to changing the topic instead of addressing our concerns.
This lack of honesty and accountability, coupled with the inconsistent and evasive responses, paints a picture of a store that lacks professional integrity. As a customer, especially one relying on their services for such a significant event as a Sangeet, I was appalled by this behavior.
I strongly advise against patronizing My Perfect Fit for any important occasions. The risk of experiencing poor service, dishonest communication, and unprofessional conduct is too high. What was meant to be a memorable and joyful day was marred by frustration and disappointment due to the actions of My Perfect Fit and its staff.

As I had an event to host in Goa, I decided to drop by at ‘My Perfect Fit’ since I had always heard a lot about their store, and collection.
I was looking for a Kurta and Sadri set for myself, and that’s where Sukhman and Sandeep (Personal Stylists) helped me out with everything. Both of them showed a wide range of their collection to me, and I was really amazed by it.
I went ahead with a Black Kurta with Poona Pants along with a Chikankari Sadri with Golden Embellishments. Even though I had given them a very short notice (a day’s time) to complete it, the entire team made sure that everything got processed in time. The color, fabric and fitting of the outfit was superb. I was more than satisfied with my experience.
‘My Perfect Fit’ has a massive collection of Casual Wear, Sherwanis, Suits, Kurtas, Indo-Western and Designer Wear…and a whole lot of other varieties as well. Be it a wedding event, board meeting or business conference, they have got you covered.
Looking forward to visiting the store again.

Supriya assisted me for my three wedding looks and my seven groomsmen outfits. She was extremely helpful in picking the colors and fabrics for each outfit based on our wedding color scheme. She also styled a custom velvet tuxedo after I returned home and needed it at the last minute. Supriya virtually designed the tux, bowties, shoes and cufflink and got it to me within 2 weeks!
My Perfect Fit took all my measurements and offered an online portal for the groomsmen that were living in different parts of the world. They even offered to do a video consultation with the groomsmen in order to assist with taking the measurements correctly. All of the 7 groomsmen outfits were perfectly tailored and none needed further alterations.
All of my fits and the wedding party outfits received many compliments from all the guests. One of my groomsmen even went to the store and designed a few more custom suits for himself for future events. I can't rave enough about My Perfect Fit and Stylist Supriya Soni's work. Thank you for making me look like a million bucks on my wedding day.

Monika did a great job in guiding is through the process and her suggestions were great.
We went for one outfit, but were gladly upsold to get another one. Both turned out perfectly fine.
I like that the team was motivated to achieve the right fit, with readjustments, unlike others who lazily push you to settle for less.

Wish I could give more than 5 Stars for this place.
Any guy looking for a suit, should just drop by this place and not waste their time elsewhere.
Sharing my experience:
I was looking for a suit (a proper business western suit) for my engagement, searched all over the city at various brands however there was more than a single issue with each of them. Either with fit, the colours or the fabric.
After a huge struggle and a lot of time waste, I came across this place through Google search and as the dates were very near I had very little hopes that anybody would even agree to give me a custom made suit.
But Jigyasa and the master Tailor turned out to be magicians for me, they not only got my suit in an unbelievable time of 5 days (Including the long weekend of Independence Day) the fitting was better than I expected with no alterations required.
Sharing couple of pics now, however they do not justify the look that I had during the event.
Thanks a ton MPF and Jigyasa for my best outfit I've worn till date and looking forward for better ones in future.
