Found Saanjya Fashion after searching for maggam work blouses near me. I stay in Banjara Hills so visited after seeing reviews only.. got 9 blouses stitched here and 4 had heavy maggam work. seriously loved how neatly they did it, very trendy designs and finishing was too good. fitting bhi perfect aaya, no extra alterations needed. saanjya understood my design properly.. 🙂 very happy with all the blouses

I have shared all evidence of her claims including whatsapp screenshot on her charges and payments. Definitely police complaint will be raised for fraudulent plus marking me as unknown customer. I placed an order for 10 blouses and paid ₹40,000 in advance, trusting that the work would be completed professionally. However, only 9 blouses were stitched. The 10th blouse was a ready-made piece for which I specifically requested sleeve stitching, but it was not completed or returned despite multiple follow-ups. Instead, I was given only one sleeve back, which clearly reflects poor handling and lack of accountability. Additionally, the boutique failed to provide a bill despite repeated requests and follow-ups. I was asked to visit the boutique in person instead of being provided a copy of the invoice, which is unreasonable given the amount paid. The quality of the stitched blouses is also below expectations, especially considering the high charges. Extra costs were added for accessories without proper transparency. To make matters worse, a simple alteration such as reducing the length of three regular dresses was charged at ₹2,000, which is excessive. I generally do not post negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and feels misleading. Due to the lack of response, missing items, poor quality, and failure to provide billing details, I have filed a grievance with the consumer court. If the issue is not resolved through appropriate channels, I will consider escalating the matter further. I selected a Bandhgala suit for my engagement. Amazing quality of work and exceptional customer support. Saanjya delivered my Sherwani before the committed date even though it was a very tight window without compromising on the quality of work. Will highly recommend it to all of my friends and family in hyderabad. They also have a very good collection of sherwanis. 👌🏻

The final lehenga turned out heavier and more intricate than we pictured, Both blouses had flawless stitching—every seam was even, the darts were placed exactly right for shape, and the hooks and lining were done so neatly you couldn't even tell it was custom from the inside. The finishing was insane; no loose threads, no rough edges, just impeccable work wholeheartedly recommend Saanjya’s boutique to anyone seeking beautiful, custom designs and exceptional craftsmanship for wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, or elegant party wear. Whether you have a clear vision or need guidance, her talent and commitment will deliver a garment that exceeds expectations.

Worst Experience Ever – Highly Unprofessional Absolutely horrible experience. The blouse stitching was pathetic, especially considering it was a wedding blouse. When my friend honestly said “main achhi rating nahi dungi kyunki meri blouse achhi nahi bani hai,” the staff completely lost their manners. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. If this is how they treat customers who give honest feedback, it tells you everything about their ethics and professionalism. Zero respect, zero accountability, and extremely rude behavior. Would never recommend this place to anyone, especially not for bridal or wedding outfits. Save yourself the stress and stay far away.
