We were visiting the Hyderabad store for the first time. The layout and the wide range of easy to browse selections immediately cued class. Sakina, the assistant store manager, attended on us and the service was impeccable and highly personalised. She presented the various sartorial combinations, texture options and shared her expert advice in an unobtrusive way. Top professional service. The interaction with the Master tailor Mr. Mushtaq Khan was a pleasure. There is a strong culture of customer focus and craftsmanship. A happy experience.

I was in Hyderabad for work and visited Pn Rao with a request for a bespoke suit and two shirts to be ready by my departure 4 days later. Pramoth worked with me to have me measured for the suits and shirts, allowed me a trial fitting a day later and delivered an expertly tailored product two days after that on the morning of my flight home. The materials, fit and service were of the highest quality.

Nothing short of fantastic. PN Rao really stepped up to the plate and delivered a very high quality bespoke suit made from VBC fabrics. They have a great range of fabric offerings, including high quality Italian and English fabrics. Their pricing is also very reasonable.
Shoutout to Dasthagir Basha and Syed Basha for the phenomenal service and help throughout the process. Also shoutout to Master Arif and his team for delivering a suit that fit perfectly.
Thank you so much again to the team for working with our tight timeframe and still delivering a great product on time. Will definitely work with them in the future and I highly suggest any NRI clients to work with them also!

Solid suits! They’ve got worsted wool and 100% wool suits which are perfect for professional life.
I work in the US and wouldn’t EVER buy a whole suit there, but here they have the same if not higher quality material and tailoring!
Now, keep in mind that you get what you pay for, don’t expect the cheapest prices, expect quality work for fair prices.
Hope to come back again the next time I’m in India. Arif did a phenomenal job tailoring my suits, make sure to holler for him. They got it done in a WEEK!

Recently visited the store to get a Suit and a Shirt for formal occasion. From the very beginning, Mr. Girish was very helpful in understanding my needs particularly, finding a fabric and suit that fulfils my need. His knowledge in this is exceptional. The final product was as close to perfection that it can get to.
Tailoring is skilful. Mr. Mustaq recommended final touches while i went for the trial and that made major difference to the overall feel, giving it a personalised look. His attention to detail is interesting.
The staff is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Looking forward to visit the store again. Definitely recommended!!

They tell you that you’ll get a call when suit is ready for trial and delivery… Got no call and had to follow up all the way.
Finally items delivered weren’t complete and required more work. I only had to get after them for this.. They told me that the rest would be done after 2 weeks once the embroidery guy is back.
Highly disappointed with this store specially after spending close to ₹45000 for a suit!

I bought 2 suits, 2 shirts, and 1 trouser from this luxury upscale clothing and tailoring shop. The results were excellent:
1. The shop has catalogues with various suit styles. Eventually I picked suits with Mandarin and Western style collars. It opened my eyes to new fashions.
2. The custom tailoring services yielded suits and shirts that matched my silhouette very well. They did a preliminary fitting before providing the finished products.
3. The custom tailoring solutions were provided within 10 days because of my tight schedule. I appreciate the service and sense of urgency from the team.
4. I explained my need for natural fabrics; the team presented an expansive set of designs and colors. This enabled me to select 100% fine quality wool and 100% cotton fabrics for the clothing.
After picking up the first order I decided to order an additional blazer because I was very pleased with the products and tailoring services.
I highly recommend the shop for those who require a premium selection of styles, fabrics, and custom tailoring. I will continue to purchase more clothing from P N Rao as I update my wardrobe.
