I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase. I originally intended to buy a kurta-pajama set, but since the pajama was out of stock, I was sold the kurta individually with a minor discount. Now that the pajama is back in stock, I am being charged a higher individual price rather than the discounted set price. Since the initial 'split' purchase was due to your lack of inventory, I believe the original set discount should be honored.

Too expensive. Kids Kurtapajamas should be at reasonable prices. Even kids kurta pajama has the same price as adults. Never waste your time here. They've increase the rates on everything.

Worst stitching.
After purchasing the fabric from the store, what if there is no perfect fitting, it’s waste of money to visit here.
And those involved in this tried to explain me the wrongly stitched as good.
Worst experience.
Refer to photos restricting marked but not met the requirements. I had to wear the same for an event.

Worst customer service & very unprofessional attitude shown by their Toli Chowki branch Manager 'Tanveer'. Seems like he is least bothered & shows arrogant behaviour towards customers. Product doesn't sell by quality alone but customer service also matters, shop owner to take a note of this.

Too costly shop, prices for all the items are much more than average compared to others. Quality of cloths are average. Totally money minded people. Behaviour of the workers is very rude and full of attitude. Owner says if you want to take just take or leave. No respect for customers. Specially in Ramazan where everyone gives discount these people over charge prices and are looting people. I suggest not to visit this shop, just move towards abids and koti you will find much more better quality cloths in just half of these rates.

Worst stitching ever. One old man doing the stitching, totally ruined it. Cloth quality is fine, shopkeeper also okay, but stitching is so bad. If you are young, don’t consider this. Big disappointment for me.

I called from US and over Facetime he showed me different clothing material. He worked with the master to cater to my styles. He selected good buttons and the fitting was great. Fair pricing. I visited a cloth store to purchase a readymade Sherwani, but despite assurances from the salesman, they failed to deliver on their promise. I selected the fabric for the Sherwani and asked if it could be stitched within two days. The salesman assured me it would be ready on time but when I returned after two days, the Sherwani was still not stitched, causing significant disappointment. Additionally, the salesperson's rude behaviour only exacerbated the situation
This was my first visit to the store and unfortunately, it left me with a very negative impression.

I am not much satisfied with the fitting. The tailor was taking measurements very fast, I have been telling him to keep measurements accurate. The pant fitting mostly ok but the shirt looks loose.

Clothes are normal not worth the money and the staff is also not professional they are very rude and loose talking people..
Tailor is a waste fellow and in the tolichowki branch he doesn't know how to talk to customers. Moreover he is not professional at his work as well. There are many readymates kurtas but I preferred to take a new cloth piece and stitch it according to my fitting but he completely ruined it and stitched very loose.

They have a good amount of varieties of clothes for kurta, sherwani, pant shirt etc. And they also have readymade for the same as well. The price is also decent.
And the plus point is they also provide a stitching facility if you want you can give there also.

The quality of clothes is very good, one can get premium clothes for kurta, thobes and readymade items as well.
The Downside is that some staff are not polite or do not have good knowledge of clothes, so look for good staff there as there are many of them.
Also, may be because of high demand, the customer would not get chance to ask tailor to correct fittings afterwards and althiugh tailor is very expert but if there is mistake by him it's very hard to convinve him and he will get rude unless customer behaves the same way and then only tailor will calm down and accept mistake.
The Noorani libas in podium mall have good staff, which gives time, attention and respect to customer

Not satisfied with the work. Stitch quality good but fitting wise not at all satisfied. I had given cloth for stitching but they did not return the balance cloth. Response for this was worst.My kid's sherwani was not stitched properly. A young boy was given the stitching job and he could not even understand the fitting while taking trials.

Prices are decent for the quality, and they have decent range too.
The issue is with the customer service, cashier and some management people were little rude and were not willing to accommodate simple and basic requests(had to argue little bit), The younger staff who showed the textiles were good and respectful...

Extreme bad behaviour, while these guys are expert at couple of styles, the have to learn customer service and i think we will have to stop making these guys special. I thought it is understandable when there are too many customers at once in store, however i noticed that even if there are two customers their behaviour is the same which needs significant improvement....

Worst customer service I have experienced. Before Ramazan, there was a statement that they are ready with the stock and asked people to visit their stores and do shopping, I visited newly opened store at khilwath but there was no proper stock. Today I
visited tolichowki branch and I say that it is worst service ever I have witnessed so far, very rude executives, over-priced collection and improper fittings.

Chaderghat branch showroom Yaqoob bhai is a cheater man, I am requesting to the main owner pls investigate the matter, i have all the proof with bill how i paid etc etc. I have 02 invoice no.750 & 473. One invoice I paid cash & another invoice no 473 i paid by ATM Card during ATM Paayment he play clever role, he should charge me total Rs.5100/- but he took 5200/- by Fraud way when I paid by ATM Card. He should be accountability in HASHER, & I will catch his neck. Pls Founder of Noorani libas look into this matter. I can go also Consumer Court but fare investigation i need. This showroom tailor also not stick on his word he is Not cooperating with the customer & giving hard time to customer. Yaqoob bhai cash counter man need to be fair with customer, if U fraud with customer soon your showroom will Disaster.

One of the best clothing store.i went for my wedding shopping n they perfectly stitched my both wedding n reception attire.i even referred it to my cousins.vwry humble personalities.,the owner ,staff and masterji.especially Aziz bhai for patiently attending me for atleast 4 hours.i recomend every one to shop once for a better experience

I was expecting good quality of clothes and stiching. Clothes quality is good but stiching quality is not up to the mark. No quality of stiching, stiching are not proper.. They don't serve based on first come, they serve first if they know you even if you come late.

Wow Kurta & Payjama collection is good and amazing. Excellent place for a people who looking for a wide variety of kurta pajamas, thobes(jhubba) and sherwanis, they also stitch so we could take our own cloth or select from their range also(if we want to get clothes stitched), price is a bit high as compared to the conservative market but quality is good.

Rude and liar staff. If you ask for something more than once they will quote different prices and when you will inform them that they only quoted lesser previously. They will argue saying why you asked again. Not recommended at all.

Good for Kurta Pyjama and Thobes. They are also designed Sherwani and designer Kurta. Medium size shop along with tailoring services in the cellar area beneath the same shop. They will do alterations for all sizes om the spot or within a certain time. Good parking facilities and dedicated staff.
