I recently purchased a sari from this store. The initial service was lovely — the staff were warm, helpful and showed me several options, and the outfit itself was beautiful. However, the experience changed after purchase. The fitting process was extremely frustrating. I had to go through around 6–7 round of alterations which took about 2 hours, and each time something still wasn’t right. When I pointed out that the alterations were uneven, I was dismissed and told “that’s the style now,” which simply wasn’t true. I’ve worn Indian outfits my entire life, so it was disappointing to be spoken to like I wouldn’t notice the issues. At one point I was even told “no more now,” despite having spent over £100 and despite the alterations not matching what we had originally agreed. I had to push back just to get the outfit brought to the standard it should’ve been at in the first place. In the end, the outfit did look beautiful and I received many compliments — but the experience to get there was stressful. The main issue seems to be the tailoring quality, not the product itself. I hope the store improves this part of their service going forward

I came with my family gud collection but staff was literally not a professional last 3 years when I visited with my sister one of sales executive that guy really patience and excellent knowledgeable i bought billing of 85000 two 2goun an 2lehnga showing different varieties an collection..his name ..Aker.i didn't remember proper..
