An extremely disappointing experience. The owner's arrogance and lack of professionalism were evident from the beginning. My concerns were disregarded, resulting in the complete wastage of the fabric I provided. There was no sense of responsibility . I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for better service and respect.

Absolutely loved Miraya. Found the perfect designs for my wife for a family event. The pieces are so unique and beautifully curated. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Came here seeing google reviews.The owner was extremely rude and the work was too bad. She was sweet while taking order but was extremely rude while giving delivery. Even the delivery didn’t match the intial agreed design. Worst experience ever.

I asked her to make the Barbie frock....she reached my expectations...I was so Happy for her service...most recommended boutique.

Worst attitude I have ever seen. After spoiling my blouse for saree worth Rs 5000/-, she lied about it and resorted to shouting and bad mouthing after confrontation. I would not recommend it here. Please avoid it at all costs.

I’ve read your message, and let me be very clear — you were the one who started the argument by using offensive language and blatant lying. Don’t try to shift the blame onto us. Since when does the question "why are you lying in front of your child?" became a curse to the child. Accusing me of something so serious without any basis is completely unacceptable.
As a customer, I deserved to be treated with basic respect — something you clearly failed to provide. If your claim about furniture damage were true, there’s no way you would’ve let us leave without demanding payment. That alone proves your accusation is baseless.
Instead of throwing false blame around, reflect on your own behavior. Use your words responsibly and learn to treat people with the dignity they deserve.

I am in this business since more than 15 years and I have never seen a customer like you. You were good while taking delivery. And all of sudden you came after one month and started arguing with me. I even tried to convince you, but you started blackmailing me, cursed my small innocent kids and demanded amount. You damaged furniture in my boutique, created lot of mess in front of all in the complex. On top of that you started giving fake reviews.
100% satisfaction may not be possible in the business.. if anyone get customers like you, how can anybody even run the business?? Kindly remember having grudge and bad propoganda affects one family and livelihood.

Her work is good but doesn't have the professionalism to deliver on time. Neither does she have the professionalism to update her customer on the delay because i let her choose the delivery date and gave ample time. Her arrogance over and above this late delivery is another thing we as customers have to deal with.

Didnt expect this review from you andi. Coz you are a repeated customer. I already informed you that my own brother had severe health emergency and hospitalized. So I couldnot deliver on given time and delivered after 2 days. I requested you the same and thought you will understand on humanity basis.
Anyways this kind of review not expected even after knowing health emergency in my home.

I asked her for good designs and she designed and sewed beautiful blouses and dresses for me and my daughter and she shipped them to the US very quickly at a very reasonable price. She also has a large selection of saris online to choose from which was very helpful! Highly recommend this boutique and Srikanya for your dress needs.

She is very good with sharing her knowledge about designing ... she suggests some ideas too....Specially i have to mention that the stitching and finishing was top notch as if i got them from some designer bridalwear collection....Got many many many compliments...I am happy to have found the best boutique for my future dresses and blouses stitching .... Hi.. Thanks for the review. Very humbly letting u know that you have visited our boutique for the 2nd time. That means if you like our work, then only you have visited us for the second time right..
1) I am a Designer So we dont take alterations orders. Upon your request, and keeping in mind that you came from long way searching my boutique, I took that alterations order.
2) And after talking to you I understood that its not just alteration.. It is totally redesigning them buying and using other materials also.
3) When I sent you few designs to choose to design, you didnot respond me on time and ur wife has just sent me some other pic without notifying me what to do with that pic.
4) I was expecting a call about the design, but ur wife called me after 'one month' and simply got irriated and asked me to return the dresses. Without finalising the design, how can we proceed with the work?? So as per ur wife said.. I decided to return.
5) Brother... Pls know how badly you argued with me without knowiblng all these.. Even after my request that I am driving, you troubled me a lot arguing on phone.
6) I tell you, we are here to work not to fight or argue with anyone.
7) I am running boutique successfully since long years just coz of our hard work.
