Uncle aunty did an amazing work with perfection.
I got 27 blouses stiched within 10 days...actually i asked them to give within 12 days but they delivered it to me 2 days prior.
Definately they are the best tailor in hyderabad i must say.

I have given two blouses for stitching and shower reference images also and mentioned clearly .. but they are so over confident on themselves about their stitching and finally after trying the blouses both didn’t fit well and spoiled one blouse design. Again i have gone and asked them to make alterations .. instead of accepting the mistake they started arguing with me that they won’t do such mistakes and gave Very rash reply to me .. i feel it is not worth 1500/- bucks for one stitching one blouse. Won’t recommend this to others because of the way they reply when such mistakes happen.

I have seen your response to my previous review. What you mentioned as “ male friend “ is my husband.. without knowing facts you can’t post such wrong information & misleadings others .It started when lady tailor raised voice and shouted on me saying how can i complain that fitting is not correct as they are very experienced! She even said it didn’t suit my personality which is my problem not theirs (kind of body shaming & overconfident in themselves).
I think any other customer will respond seriously to such words …
I have visited second time with trust that you will stitch properly .
I am not commenting on your work .. but such derogatory rude behaviour with customers can’t be tolerated !

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and for your recent experience with us.
We would like to clarify that this was your second visit. During your first visit, your blouse was stitched to your satisfaction. This time, you had given three blouses, out of which one was completed perfectly, and for the other two, we acknowledged that the neck fitting was slightly loose and immediately offered to fix it on the spot within a few minutes.
However, during your visit, the situation became uncomfortable as you were accompanied by a male friend. Both of you were quite argumentative, and your male friend spoke in a harsh manner and even asked our staff, including my mother, not to speak. The conversation was largely focused on posting a negative review and ensuring it would affect our business, which was disheartening for us as a small business.
We respect all our customers and always take responsibility where needed. Even now, we stand by our commitment, please visit us again, and we will ensure the necessary alterations are done properly and to your satisfaction.
We truly value your support and hope to regain your trust.
