Very bad experience with Imperial Stitch.
They charged around ₹15,000 for just one trouser and shirt, but the quality and service are extremely disappointing. At this price point, basic things like proper ironing and packaging were not even provided.
No one understands what the customer actually wants. The stitching quality is very poor, with loose threads clearly visible, and the fabric quality is also not up to the mark. The overall finishing feels careless and unprofessional.
People come here by checking the ratings, but honestly it feels like most of the reviews are either fake or managed by them, which is very misleading.
On top of that, the staff behavior is not customer-friendly at all. For the amount they charge, you can easily get a much better experience even from roadside tailors.
People invest money expecting a premium experience, but unfortunately, this place delivers the exact opposite. Would not recommend.

Tony the Tailor did an absolutely gorgeous job on my fitted women's power suit. I heard about them from my family in Gurgaon when I was visiting from Toronto, and I provided them with a reference photo of what I wanted (see last photo). The fit, stitching, quality of work is exceptional. I was told they were not as experienced with women's suits, but they impressed me with their work so much that I'm ordering several more pieces. Would 100% recommend!

Need to be clear about the brief no matter how many times they state they fully understand what you’re saying especially if you need something a little different from the usual.

Bought my very first office shirt from this place today. It was rather expensive but the quality of the product as well as of the service and the friendliness of the staff made shopping here a worthwhile experience. I especially liked the range of designs they had, as well as the quality of the fabrics. I'll be coming back to this place again soon. However, my advice to would-be patrons would be to make sure you have a large budget if you intend to give this place a go.

Bad experience. Master ji is v unprofessional, took our blazer for alteration and then after 2 days calls to say that it cant be done in the given time knowing v well that we didn’t have that much time. We got it back in a state that it had to be dry-cleaned. Would not recommend this place.

Overall a truly wonderful experience visiting Tony the Tailor. I got 2 suits stitched for my husband from here. Fitting came out really well and entire set just looks perfect. Ashwani, owner of the shop, was so sweet and generous in giving us his time in helping us out with his recommendation on what will look well. They also have very elaborate range of fabric to choose from as per your budget.
Other thing which makes their shop stand out was their collection of embroidered Kurtas for men. I personally haven't seen this kind range in Gurgaon.
I think this can easily be a one stop solution for all wedding cloths shopping for men.

This is an almost 6 month update to my Navy Blue suit that I got prepared from Tony The Tailor, Gurgaon.
The suit was stitched, designed and finished in immaculate quality. The process of material & design selection was very hands on yet smooth. Further, the fitting was on point in the first session itself, although after the final session, it was more than immaculate.
I would highly recommend them and would myself be looking forward to utilizing their expertise for my future western formal clothing.
