Extremely unprofessional....Swati has ruined my 6 suit pcs. Doesn't accept her mistakes.
All my 6 kurtas are badly cut. Armholes are cut too small, shoulders are cut small, neckline is uneven, sleeves are attached with loose fabric. She could not rectify even after 3 alterations which went on for nearly one year (i live in mumbai) When I asked her to reimburse my fabric money (8400/-) she is pulling every excuse to not pay me even demanding the bill for the fabric !!
Knowing very well that No one saves the bill for this long.
Not a pleasant person to deal with.
I will never ever recommend anyone to go to her unless you want to have the same experience like me.

Wonderful service, I have given around 7 blouses and 1 suit , non had any issue after delivery , they put on extra effort to make it best, and Swati the manager is very nice

Tailor junction handled by Swati for Bangalore city are not professionals as they claim. They did a disaster to my suit, that i ordered from them.
I ordered this for a ceremony, i was told that suit will ne delivered in 10 days. Initially they took 18 days to get this stiched. The first trial was enough for me to conclude that they are amateur. The sizes were soo off that they had to redo everything. They took almost 21 days and 3 trials more to get that to a final product. Post that also the suit was not of the same design that we agreed on initially.They won’t accept for alterations- instead give false reasons. Try anyone else but not them. Since they ask cloth from you so you will loose money on both cloth and the bad stiching. Also do go through the photos where you will see the worst finishing which they think is of premium quality

I had shared the sample blazer and with just one iteration, the blazer was stitched to my satisfaction and delivered on time
I felt the pricing could be little reasonable and therefore not giving a five star
Overall I would rate 4.5/5 for the work performed and prompt delivery. I got it stitched from Naseem who is quite reliable and accommodative

Swati, the owner or manager, is extremely unprofessional. She will commit a time as per her convenience and then the person will not show up. And wunt care to inform in advance. On checking, if the person is going to show up, she tells me that the person will not come today giving a vague reason about procurement of fabric.( she had proposed and agreed to send the swatches- cloth samples with the measurement guy). Her arrogance has no limit. She not only didn't inform me but tells me that her team will come back to me without even having the courtesy to call herself. Maam, pl understand all of us have work here and we are not sitting idle. We altered our schedule to accommodate you and give you and your team a chance. No wonder there are other reviews calling out your unprofessionalism.

For people not very familiar with the costums here please keep in mind:
- your choice of fabric influences the price quite a lot.
- you need to pay 30-50% up front.
- you need to be very precise regarding the choice of fabric and confirm with messages and pictures, to reduce the risk of miscommunication.

Great experience. Swati is a true savior. I got my dress fitting done today. I called Tailor JUNCTION in the morning but was highly doubtful if I'm going to get the dress by evening because it's a very short notice. But thanks to Swati and her team. They made it possible and that too at a decent price. Moreover there is a pick and drop service that they provide which is a cherry on top. Highly recommended.

I never really had good experiences with boutiques hence I lost all interest in getting the stiching done but this place got my interest back. The delivery was on time and what I received, "I had no complaints", like no complaints at all.
This boutique is perfect. I quickly gave 2 more pieces to them, one of them being the Dusshera dress.

First time experience with tailor junction. Had a live chat on the website. Appointment was booked. Mr.Vikas came to my house in Bangalore. Measurement was taken and left with fabrics. Today I got all four trousers home delivered by the same person. Excellent quality of work. Appreciate the hard work of Swati, Vikas and entire team. The home delivery was done at 11 pm which usually does not happen. I would recommend tailor junction to everyone.

I am also one sufferer I give them suit pice on 2nd Oct she promise me to deliver within 4 days after several call my suits deliver completely misfit ..she collected those back after one week till toady I didn't received it back even she committed 800 for suit stich and now she claimed 1300 and 1850 / now returning back my suit several reminder and call done by me to Ms swati .
