I would highly recommend this Fancy Dress Store to everyone in Gurugram. I have rented the Indian Tricolour Dress on the occassion of Republic Day Celebration for my daughter and genuinely speaking the material was really good. My daughter's function went well and she was really happy with the dress overall.
Due to my hectic schedule, I have returned the Dress to the Store two days later. To my surprise, the Owner didn't anything extra for the delay.
I will definitely visit this Fancy Dress Store in the near future.

Thankyou soo much for the kalbeliya dress. They helped me soo much with the costume as i was unable to receive it from them, so they portered it in the early morning 6:30am. Which is soo soo nice gesture of them to send me because we had our train in 9:00 am. Also we won 3rd position in the inter university competition.

Hi! My friend and I rented two lehengas from Divaaz for Navratri, and the experience was really good. The owner was very polite and cooperative. Their collection is amazing - from heavy, traditional pieces to light and comfortable lehengas. They even give complimentary jewellery along with the outfits. First of all, don't buy from the seller better buy online if possible. I think negative reviews are true - very arrogant and will provide very cheap clothes at a very high price. Just thrown away our money.
We saw so many positive 5-star reviews on Google, so I thought this was the place to buy superhero dress for our kids' birthday for 1 year and 5 years old . We visited the apartment, but the so-called founder was not there, so we had to talk on the phone as the person at the flat was not knowing anything. We told her we want Superman and Captain America costumes for our kids. Also, we repeatedly told her to please use good quality cloth as we are hosting a theme birthday party she told us yes, we will use good quality of clothes and agreed on the price of 3000rs.
We transferred 500rs in advance. Now when we approached her she told us that we wait for the next day, we waited but on that day she talked very arrogantly and the dress we got for both kids was made from very cheap quality clothes( made in China) maybe worth only 500rs to max 1000 rs both, everything included. So I couldn't use it for the event.
I felt cheated even after we repeatedly said the cloth should be of good quality and got the worst. better should have bought online.

- Suitable for corporate events. (Other stores are mostly school focused).
- Good behaviour of the lady in charge and appreciable management skills. (Just make sure to give your requirements in advance to avoid last minute hassles)
- We had some sudden requirements at the last hour and she handled in the best way despite festive season pressure. Brownie points for that!
Few things that can be improved:
1. There can be proper invoicing for corporates. (system generated)
2. They've got good collection for adults compared to others, but there's still room for more options and for larger quantities of each design.
