They had the worst service from all thw designer houses i have got clothes from.
It was my Sagan and i choose them. The dates for trail and delivery were not maintained even after reminding them again and again.
The best play for them was they told to give my suit on the sagan function day. The changes i asked and promised were never done. Due to day of function i was in mo position to catch them and get that updated.
The shirt was unpresses when delivered. Finger prints were there on shirt. The changes were not done. And best was fitting of pant that was not even altered even after telling them 3 times. They delivered the product.
I will never recommend them anywhere,they are over priced. You can literally get 10,000 more options in better prices.
Prices are not justified at all,not the designs. Please save yourself and your functions from gwtting ruined.
Staff there is also grabbing money and in the name of service they are worst. We are paying them for our products but they treat you like a servant,thinking we are there to beg our clothes and everything.

I had visited their “Firang” store where they claim to keep all designer wear. Firstly their tux collection was deplorable absolutely 0 value for money. So god knows which designers are these.
Secondly the sales team was extremely cold & rude as if they were hardly interested to do any sales.
Thirdly & the most important (maybe the validation for the point above) that the owner himself was a snob without logic. He was arguing continuously without any sense.
And mind it, all this is after me being a repeat customer! Last time someone definitely helped conceal their true image….
Never visiting again nor recommending to anyone!

Visited them to buy fabric for a suit. The salesman straight away asked me to look for designer fabric over regular fabric. I told them i needed the suit in 2 weeks time and they agreed to stitch within the time frame. As soon as i told them i didn't like any of the fabric they referred me to the Raymond store just opposite there store. When i went there and selected the fabric they refused to make the suit within the desired time. The sales persons are so reluctant and uninterested that you don't feel like buying anything. One of the worst places i have been to. They just want you to buy imported fabric at a ridiculous prices. With the kind of attitude they have for business, i am sure not many people would give there business to them. Waste of my time. Will never recommend this store.

I had the pleasure of getting 2 formal suits, few shirts and a bandhgala jacket stitched at Darzi for the wedding of my niece.
While I had always heard about the quality of their craftsmanship and professional approach to their work, I must admit that they surpassed all my expectations. Their individualized consultative approach towards me and my requirements made me feel very special. Going forward, I will be getting all my clothes stitched from Darzi.

The staff and the person taking sizes doesnot have manners to speak to cilents. They are so rude. I took suit lenght of one lakh and the stiching was so pathetic. They ruined my suite. Instead go to a road side tailor but not them.

After the trial, you were very pleased with the garment, so much so that you came back from the gate to express your regards to Mr. Mital.. Mr. Mital, called from his personal number to resolve the problem but in vain. You are not receiving his calls. While we take pride in our work, we take this feedback very seriously. We wish to resolve the issue but have no cooperation from you. It makes us wonder if there is genuinely something wrong or there is some confusion which can be resolved very easily.

I have been visiting Darzi Rajori garden showroom for last 7-8 years. I have found it as the best place where I can rely for the best outfits ( be it formal or some festive season or marriage wears). I have got a huge collection entirely and exclusively from Darzi only. Be it classic suits (2/3 pieces l) or jodhpuri or some other style, or a simple formal trouser with shirt, these guys stitch the impeccable clothes. I am truly thankful to the professional, courteous staff at Darzi and the owner Mr. Sunil Mittal ji who has always made me stand outstanding in a crowd with their style. The good wear gives us the most comfortable moment as well as the confidence too.
Last month I was travelling abroad so I was in hurry and had 4-5 days only to get couple suits stitched for official tour abroad. Mr. Sunil Mittal ji helped not only with quick delivery but also again with the perfect suits for me. Mr. Sunil Mittal is too helpful every time I reached with with tight timelines. Thanks to Mr. Sunil Mittal ji and his forever helpful staff members. May God bless you all.

It's a place which is a bit expensive in terms of tailoring...but my goodness the fit they give the materials they use I don't think anyone in the tailoring industry uses it...also Mr.Mittal himself looks after each n every client n job works very closely... This shop is a one stop shop for MENZ TAILORING or CUSTOMISATION NEEDS...A must visit for men who are looking forward to a PERFECT FIT CLOTHES👍

Even after purchasing an expensive dress about 30k, I had to pay the courier charges. That too was not informed before.

If you're reading this, hope you will pay some heed to this.
Firstly the tailor head at Rajouri Branch is very rude. What's the reason for so high headedness.
I bought so many fabrics from your shop & didn't get stitched all at same time. And today When i came to get them sticthed, I was simply denied that these fabric are not from your shop. Many fabric were still packed in the Firang Studio packet. And one of the sales boy simply took Off the packaging away and returned the fabric and said this is not from your shop. I wish I should have saved the bill.
Whats the point of spending lacs on your shop when your tailor and some sales executive will deny the fact that its not from your shop.
You're a service provider atleast your staff can be is polite.
Thinking of sending all the fabric back to your shop as a Gift.

Recently I visited this store for stitching of trousers. But a person which I do not know is sitting there refused to stitch these trousers.
When I asked for refusal he told me we do not stitch of out side purchasing. I heard a reason and surprised. What is business policy?

They are worse people..No sense of talk . Person who came for delivery was staring ladies...I had to throw him out...they overcharged money for express delivery which happened after 2 weeks ..for designer they gave plane stitching and after complaining they started arguing...just waste of money...worst experience we ever had...I don' recommend for them..Shivani the designer is worse she don't remember choices given to her...thumbs down👎🏻👎🏻
