I visited this shop and asked the staff to show me all the orange suits. They showed me many options and I selected one. But when I reached home, I realized the suit was not orange but tomato red. The showroom lights made it look orange. When I called them, they said they don’t have orange suits and they don’t provide refunds, only exchange with another item. This was quite disappointing for me as I specifically wanted orange. I hope the shop improves in giving clear information about colors and also in their refund/exchange policy.”

We had the worst experience..my two frnds ànd I went there for their bridal shopping, the salesman didn't even bother to show us any pieces just said it's not available.. like they just asked us to leave indirectly.. I saw the gold reviews and went because we wanted to shop for two brides .. never expected this from this store

Good collection, very good experience. Due to my sister's wedding, I went to lucky silk store to purchase a non-bridal lehenga. I am from Surat. Although I had less time, they delivered as promised. Besides good service, they were really nice people, and this is a must visit shop if you are looking for non-bridal lehengas.

Worst Experience!! My experience with this store was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. The value for the price paid was lacking. I made the purchase of two lehengas, but after undergoing three fitting trials, both outfits had significant sizing issues. Even I discovered a small hole in the blouse they provided.
The tailor did not know alterations well, as each time he made adjustments, he made it worse. The blouse sleeves were left unfinished, adding another layer of dissatisfaction to the overall experience. This unfortunate combination of sizing problems and subpar tailoring has left me dissatisfied with the quality of service and the products received from this store.
