Never buy any dress from here. There pieces are mostly defective if you look closely and they just try to justify saying small errors happen.
Also they will never deliver on time and keep on asking extra time so at the end you have to compromise with the defected piece because you have to wear it and you have no other option.

They have a good collection and they tend to sell you more than you need. The issue is with alteration and delivery. I had to go multiple times to get the fitting right and get my clothes delivered. They definitely need a better and more professional team of tailors. If the end product is not good customer will be disappointed

Bought 3 marriage outfits worth 30k. But packets were delivered in a poor condition. Not ironed, niether received them in a proper transparent cover. Such expensive dresses should be neatly packed.Not expected from such boutiques.

Horrible experience. The tailor and staff completely forgot to alter the blouse which was supposed to be custom fitted and randomly added unmatching cloth because there was no time. The fitting was horrible and had to be corrected by my personal tailor. Even delayed the delivery by 5 days.

Worst service. I'm not from Delhi, first of all they don't know how to talk to customer, secondly I purchased a lehenga for my brother's marriage and paid whole amount, they said that they will give it to me on 18-8-2021, today is 23-aug-2021 I'm calling them from 18th of August 2021 but no one responded, one person picked up the and said give me contact number we will call you in 10 minutes. Still didn't get any call. I have paid full amount. I want money back. Worst experience👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Not happy with the end product. During sales, we were promised required alteration but despite giving them a week, we had to spend 4 hours at the shop to get the right alteration. Very much disappointed

Very bad quality the gown we bought .. the zip we had to get done twice. They r least bothered . My suit they gave me without even even checking and had knots in the lining and had there bills in the knots .. very bad experience.

I had purchased 6 suits at my wedding from them. After wearing only once one suit gets totally faded and it was amounting Rs. 8000 Stones of another suit fall after wearing it just thrice and cost of that suit was around Rs 6000. I spoke to their manager and sales person, they are least cooperative and even uses abusive language. I will not suggest anyone to go there and shop there. Had a very bad experience shopping from there

Worst experience ever. They have lot of issue in delivery time. Do not value the customers. Once you pay them, their behaviour changes too. Do not know how to reapond to customers and talk to them. Not recommended for shopping with a good mood .

Worst boutique ever. They said they need 25 days to customize the dress I said ok then Just 5 days before my function they said they can't deliver the dress go and find somewhere else. Now no one is ready to make a dress in just 5 days and I have nothing to wear for my brother's wedding. They are highly unprofessional even owner does not care what's happening in the boutique. There staff is also rude.

Worst service. They made us visit thrice to collect a piece of alteration. The final time, they said outfit has just come for dryclean, wait for 1 hour and later when the peice was handed over; it was dirty and no alteration was done.
Do not buy anything from here that is expensive

Horrible experience. Ulteration very very poor. No fitting. Tailor don't know anything. Just fooling coustmers. No finishing. Just try to grab money from people. Disgusting don't buy anything from here.

I was given a 6 month old light pink gown, which i realized when i saw a fresh piece having double the grace and shine than mine. Since i had already paid the amount, the sales person Anil Verma kept on befooling me by saying that the color is different or the stones color is different. I asked them to provide me a fresh piece or make my dress look fresh to which they started convincing me by saying that the color of new dress is different than mine due to which I felt the difference. And their best act was when they cropped my pic in that gown and sent back to me to compare that they both look exactly same.
All in all, i would never ever recommend anyone to visit this showroom in Rajouri Garden area.

I purchased sharara from Tamanna boutique Rajouri Garden I was disappointed with the kurti there was no proper finishing and when I opened it at my home the neck design was missing. Even after telling that I can’t come again and again for finishing the finishing was not good even where stitching should be done the had pasted the clothing it was just it was just a show work not quality work.

Worst experience.. What they promised to dress alteration while purchasing, they miserably failed to deliver same. Employees are so rude.
They just make false promises while shopping.
Be aware to shop from this place.
There are many good places in Rajouri Garden to shop than this ridiculous shop.

Very bad behaviour of all employees. There promises are fake and their sayings and doings are totally different. Prices are too much high as compared to the material used. So i strongly recommend not to purchase anything from these fake peoples

Bad experience they are never on time they will make you sit and wait till your dress get ready where they have already promised date and time but you will still not get what you are looking for dress would looks old and they will destroy more when they will say that they will repair the dress I bought a dress of ₹25000 for my sister which was worth less which is a honestly waste of money and waste of time going their staff would not even listen to you what you are trying to say they will keep on saying theek hai theek hai repair karaata hu. Trust me an old dress of your looks much better from their best dresses.

This feedback is about rajouri garden store which is on the right side of the market(2 storeyed). The clothes were good however the staff is really bad...specially a tall sardar. He is big chep and would force you to buy even if you haven't finalised yet. Also..be careful when you try the suits or just put it on urself to drape to see how they look...the staff might take an advantage while giving you a try...you wud understand how. .

Worst boutique.. DON'T GO TO THIS BOUTIQUE EVER. Expensive stuff. You get same dress at lower price at other shop. And they don't deliver your dress at mentioned date. You have to wait in for hours..

Worst collection, very rude and ill - mannered staff doesn't know how to deal with customers , outdated collection at both rajouri garden as well as pitampura store rather pitampura store is much more worse. Will never buy anything from them and suggest everyone to stay away from this CHEAP, TWO PENNY RUBBISH STORE.

The sales person DEEPAK on first floor doesnt have any sense how to talk with ladies shouting at my wife..as what they promise before they can't fulfill that because first we have to make full & final payments ..there is no owner to whom we can complaint about the bad behavior of the staff....never go to TAMANNA rajouri for outfits ..really very bad experience

Worst experience ever...they don't really bother after the money is paid...my engagement gown net which had many holes in it on the day of delivery was stitched by hand after complaining repeatedly n finally in 1 n half months after shouting we had to ask for refund which was given after a long waiting...never suggest anyone to go there
