I recently bought a dress for my sister from this showroom (Rajouri branch) and I’m really happy with the purchase! The collection is trendy, the fabric quality is great, and the staff was very polite and helpful in selecting the perfect outfit. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for stylish and well-priced dresses.

The collection is good and prices are also nominal. Staff is very polite and friendly. All the girls staff, they never gets irritated making you try uncountable times and helping you out in selecting your outfit.
Just one drawback I have experienced there is the tailor, he is very very rude, dont know how to talk with the customer or in front of the customer to the staff. Also the fitting he do for any of the outfit, is not at all satisfactory. We have to send that outfit 3-4 times to the tailor and then it somehow gets adjusted according to our size.

They give pathetic service I purchased so many articles from them online but they never informed about no return or exchange policy…iif there is a fitting issue with the dress they won’t change it and not take your calls pathetic service and the owner is not ready to come on call giving lame reasons…such a big store and this kind of treatment towards customers! Would not recommend any one to buy from them . Today’s world every store that gives online service gives exchange but they will legit neglect your call. Dipti is the staff who attended my call and she is not ready to come on call now and the manager is also not ready to talk…pathetic service…Save your money don’t buy from them !
