I recently got a cashmere suit made from this tailor for around €260, including two shirts that were offered "complimentary and at a discount." The suit itself is quite nice, with good quality fabric and a decent overall look. However, the experience was far from satisfactory. The two shirts, which were supposedly a bonus, turned out to be of poor quality and not up to the standard I'd expect. Additionally, the whole process felt rushed and uncomfortable. From the start, I had the sense that the tailor wasn't really listening to my preferences. During the initial selection, he hurried us through, giving us little time to properly choose the materials. The same rushed attitude carried through to the fitting trials, where he seemed more interested in closing the sale than making sure the suit fit well. Despite repeatedly saying "customer happiness comes first," it felt like the priority was to finish the transaction quickly without any rework or real attention to detail. Having got several suits from India already, I can say that there are better tailors out there, and I would not come back again.
