JOURNEY ANDAMAN
Disappointed with the stitching quality. The garment looks good, but the stitching and finishing are not up to Raymond's usual standards. Expected much better quality for the price paid. I hope the brand improves its quality control. I will not recommend anyone to visit this particular branch of Raymond. For stitching, they take more than a month to complete two shirts and two pairs of pants. I'm very much disappointed ............

Have been a customer of Raymonds for a while now and was happy to see a well stocked shop with all its sub brands and an in-house tailor. The sales persons were proactive and helped choose correctly. I also decided to stitch some shirts. The shirts after a trial were delivered well stitched though needed some patience to bear the lack of customer skills of the tailor master. Recommended that the shop call the customer to confirm readiness rather than the customer trying to call multiple times. Also, trials can be planned atleast after 1400h rather than 1830h. All in all was happy with all the products.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience with this Raymond Store in CP. Although there were other Raymond Stores in CP and I did try to get hold of my outfit. This particular store was very much welcoming in addressing my requirements.
I was assisted by Umesh Ji, who helped me out in a great way to finalise my wedding suit. He had all the necessary information and the knowledge in suggesting what colours would go well and showcased a variety of combinations that would be befitting for my requirements.
The trial experience was great. They did provide me the trial as per their commitment and ensured all the final touches were implemented once the tailoring team had the idea when they saw trial suit. Final delivery too was on time with no hiccups.
Would love to visit again and would recommend other Raymond lovers to visit this store.

The fitting and the fabric is good but the scheme that they offer is a bullshit… they would tell you to be member and become a premium customer but would give you points as per privilege member only. This way they are asking you to spend more but then keeping the points to themselves ans luring you to come and shop again and then only they will give you the points according to the premium member. Please clarify this beforehand.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They dont meet their product delivery deadlines. Despite repeatedly being assured …they failed to deliver the garments on promised date..Extended the last date 4 times and still managed to fail on their promise. NOT RECOMMENDED
