We are very happy with the service at the store. They had a variety of collections and colours. Most importantly it had flexible sizes in all options. Kajal had guided and assisted in a hospitable manner and made our experience good. They have variety of suits, dupattas, leggings and pants. Price range is also economical.

Beware! Shopkeeper is extremely rude. Worst experience. Went there with my friend, the man tried to hurry us into buying after we had picked the item we just cross checked the price and he started behaving rudely. He waited till the payment went through and started shouting at us, very unsafe place, lunatic shopkeeper. Gave aggressive looks to my friend and she felt threatened. Staff is good though.

The shopkeer is extremely rude and disrespectful to the customers, he really should work on his anger issues and develop some social skills. As a woman, I felt really unsafe. I'm sad that I already paid for the suit that I bought, otherwise I would've thrown it on his face. He snapped at me as soon as I paid. On the other hand, the staff was genuine and supportive.

The collection is good and the staff is enthusiastic as well as friendly. They know how to sell and what a buyer would prefer to buy.
However, they are unable to turn around alterations in time despite committing, and massive unexplained delays happen leading to bad experience!
I had to wait for over 2 hours for what was promised within 30-45 min.
Tip: Best to buy what’s readily available rather than looking to get things altered! It will save bad experience and unnecessary negativity.

Very good choice of material, tops and pants. I came to buy one but I bought 10 thanks to my sales staff Versha who very patiently and with smile showed me endless items. Nothing I asked troubled her and she went on n on showing me beautiful pieces. She did her best to get the pieces altered, matched and it was an absolute delight to buy here. I will recommend to my friends to visit.

Beware when ordering large orders, I was visiting India and thought might order while I was there. I order approximately 27000 rupees clothing. My size is medium and that's what I order but when I received my order on few items sizes were L and XL. I complained via whatsapp and also called she decided not to pick my phone call very bad customer service. Also on few items neck has been ripped off no stitching and no sizes mentioned on the piece. My sister even tried on her cell phone but Khanna Fabrics decided not to intervene. Let me honestly tell you fabric seems to be cheap not what she shows on her videos.
This lady is not what she seems on her videos. I am not a happy camper. I will also be filing a consumer complaint against her business.
