I shopped for items worth ₹70,000, and when they delivered the products, they handed them over without any checking. Because of their team’s negligence, the pajama of my main outfit—meant for my brother’s wedding—had a hole in it. When I informed them about the defect, they said they would rectify it. But after five days, they sent a new pajama with completely different fabric.
Because of this, I missed wearing my outfit to my brother’s wedding. Now I needed it for a friend’s wedding on the 25th, and I clearly told them to rectify the product before that. They still kept me troubled for ten days, and only after that did they finally provide the fabric.
During this entire period, all the porter and courier charges were paid by me, even though the mistake was entirely from their side and their team’s negligence. I was extremely frustrated dealing with them.
I am giving them a zero rating.

If you are buying anything from here for an important occasion please be mindful that they may deliver incorrect items or items that belong to someone ells. Their policy says no return but does not say that they might give you wrong product. So double check after picking up you order even if it is previously tried for size they might still screw it up.
Update the owner refused for a refund and said "you have my word will get the right pants delivered" after 2 days got to know my pats was sold of or lost by then and then decided to stitch a new one and delivered to me after another 4 days and guess what got the colour wrong. In the image bottom one is what was ordered and top is the one delivered. Minute diference but paid 11k for a suite.

To all people of Delhi never visit this place specially in this shop kesari jeans because they will make you fool the cloths quality is very bad plus the tailor over there they don't even know how to strich and when I complain they say you wear this so we can't change my bill was almost 16k rupees for 2 shirt and 2 pent and I'll share the photes how they strich my clothes

There are two reasons why I'd recommend this place.
1) The entire team knows their stuff. Especially Jitesh. He's a fantastic chap who would help you pick and chose on what looks best and always gives a sensible background on why a particular pair will/won't look good. Quality of the product matters but it's only worth it if the team knows how to make the best of it - and Jitesh and his colleagues do a perfect job at this.
2) Obviously - quality. I've made two suits from them - both of which are top notch. They have a good range of fabrics and can stitch a suit perfectly like no one else.
Go for it - you won't regret it.

I had very bad experience with this store. Delivery it's take over 1 week.
Whenever I call they used to say today by 2 pm and not delivered. I call everyday they keep changing the timing and still not delivered yet. now it's over 1 week.

Hmm About my experience i had a WORST customer.
they are not professional at all towards their work.
They don’t value time..ek toh inhone trail mein late kiya..phir next jab final product dena tha tab na koi call na msg nothing..mujhe hee msg karna pada ki jab suit ready ho jaega toh mujhe batana they said ok but after couple of hours no msg nothing.then again I msg them “bhaiya suit ready hua” after 15 mins he replied suit toh aaj nhi mil sakta hai koi nhi hai..at that time i was so angry but i calmed myself and said mujhe kal shaddi mein jana hai wo bhi delhi se bahar aur shaddi subha 11 baje ki hai..so can u deliver my suit early in the morning around 8:30….and i stilll waiting for suit and there is no response from the shop..today is 1st march 10 o clock morning…highly unprofessional behaviour
I will suggest ki thoda costly wale shop pe chale jao those who really value customer and their time…let’s c kitna wait karna padega..
