I was provided a receipt with a delivery date that was a week later. But after a whole month of running around, calling Gypsy Jeans Mohan Singh Place 5 times a day, I arrived one month later to find my things were just lying around in dirt. Gulzar the tailor and the owner made false promises for a whole month, switched off their phones, did not answer their phones and still I waited thinking that they would still deliver late. I order for a bandgala which costed 4000 rupees ,they have fixed pricing , no negotiation . At the time of receiving my order i placed, another request for a shirt and pant , along with a Jean to b stiched, it was suppose to be delivered stiched on 28th. when i come on 28 th to receive the order my jean was not even sent for stiching, i was asked to wait for another 3 days. Owners son Akshay was present to resolve the matter but intially suggested to cancel the order or take refund of the 500 advance which i agreed to. Then after listening to my reason that it is a hassle to reach mohan singh palace again, he suggested that i can arrange a drop for u at Mayur vihar metro station on Saturday after 9pm. On Saturday, i made a follow up call at 7:30 then at 8:00, 8:30 ,9:00 (put on hold for 5min), called Akshay personal (hung up). At 9:05 i was told a man will drop the jean and he will call u, u can cordinate. When i requested for his number from Akshay, i was told to ping on whatsapp ( for which a reply was made after 15 min with aother call reminder, finally the reply was made by a someone else.) I have been a loyal customer at Gypsy for last 4 years and never had this issue, it is the worst experience i had till date, a day before my wedding. I wish people once start earning stays humble and down to earth. God bless them🙏 At 10::00 jean not delivered and poor uncle who was suppose to deliver gave up and can't deliver.
