I had given an expensive chudi material for stitching, and they messed it up totally. The zipper was not working right on the first wear! What kind of quality do they maintain for the high cost that they charge!
Already, they messed with the measurements once, and this is the second incident.
I am very unhappy about the services that they provide, and any one planning to go for them, ensure that you can afford a mess up!

The final outcome was provided after these changes and verified by you. We have always worked strictly as per your instructions. If there are still any concerns, please bring the outfit back and we will gladly recheck it. We value your feedback, but it would not be fair to say our service is poor when every step was carried out based on your confirmed choices.
You are not a first-time customer but a valued repeat customer. However, this time your requirements were not clearly defined, which led to multiple changes. In addition, our team has noted that the zipper appeared to have been manually or intentionally damaged.

Stitched 3 silk blouses from them so far. The 1st one was perfect fitting and designed as per my instruction. The 2nd one fitted well but pattern was not what I wanted. Valli gave some alternate idea and got it modified . It was acceptable. The third blouse was so bad fitting wise but design was ok. I gave it for alteration 4 times but none of the issue was fixed satisfactorily. Lost hope they can fix it. So got it back today.
They are so very inconsistent. Very disappointed. Big thumbs down.

My wife gave stitching here, but she had worst experience which she never had before.
We paid 1890rs for 2 salwar stitching and it's costly also. We would have visited for alteration at least 5 times.
Final outcome also not good. She told them to keep back zip but they forgot. But they kept zip after stitching but it didn't look good. They didn't reduce money also for their mistake. Pant they stitched very tight after multiple alteration they corrected it. Pant is in some shape now. Definitely won't visit again.

I was really happy and satisfied with the work done by the team. I gave the blouses with different models for me and my sisters with our customized design which all came out well with perfect fittings. Also, the embroidery works are good in quality and they are suggesting designs with more patience. In this pandemic also , we got the blouses on time without delays at the best price, which shown their commitment and it was impressed. They are more flexible and friendly with our thoughts of patterns and implements the same to our satisfaction. Also, few patterns discussed virtually for which aunty handled in so polite and professional way with her ontime response was so satisfying. I should recommend everyone to give a try for sure and experience the same.

Star collections is one of the best boutique as i have encountered so far. It was my first time with this boutique and i must say it was an awesome, over all my top experience. Valli madam is not money minded like other boutiques but what she wants is the client satisfaction. She is very sweet, calm, polite and smiling person. First it was staff Priya who attended and was very helpful is choosing design and communicating details. Valli mam was busy so got to interact with her only from my second visit. It’s the warmth and care they show in guiding us through the materials and designs that gives the comfort. First there was a hiccup in the sample I got stitched but she was very honest in telling what had happened (this is a quality I rarely see these days. They try to hide the mistake and lie to the customer to hide their mistake) But Valli mam took ownership of her teams communication issue and set it right. After that all they stitched for us were perfect to our liking and taste. Passion for her work and honesty and her way of interacting with her customers - signs of assured success mam. I gave pattu pavadi set for my daughter to stitch here. They stitched well. Seeing that I gave my blouse for stitching with measurement blouse. They noted the single alteration but the guys total changed someone's measurement blouse for me. I can't even wear it. After arguing and visiting 3 times they somehow altered the blouse but it doesn't look like new blouse. They not admitted they changed measurement blouse but somehow it came out from their mouth to one of my friend. Disappointed. Admit your fault.
After contacting owner mam thru the given number she gently handled the problem and understood what I said. She made a new blouse with right measurement with new material took by herself.

Lady boss Ms Valli is very pleasant and always helpful to share her ideas during the selection of my clothes. Such a bad experience. My wedding dress is spoiled. Even the skirt stitching of my lehenga is worst. My blouse zip is broken.the two sleeves are unequal. The length of the blouse is looks like a shirt.please don't ever go to this shop. They are asking for extra charges also.

Unfortunately, u came on a Sunday when our whole team went out on a day trip.
If not, we could have done with the zip hand in hand for you.
It was a very heavy stone blouse & too big to stitch to your size.
It was so challenging & time consuming to get it ready. That's the reason, we requested extra charges but understand we didn't collect too.
We don't want to leave you upset. You can always bring it back and we will get it ready upto your satisfaction.

My wife after a Designer Saree that wasn't no longer in the store. I asked Valli madam to see if I could still purchase it. I left my details so she could contact me. Much to my surprise she found the same designer Saree for my wife selection and whatsup me. I can't thank her enough for the great customer service that I received. Stitching was not perfect. Wat we said is not there. They wasted our material and waste of money. If we ask abt it na..the're arguing abt the fabric was not good .My advise is don't give ur material for stitching... definitely they will waste your cloth.

The stitching for both the top and bottom was flawless. However, the length of the sleeve was reduced by 3 inches due to insufficient materials. As you were insistent on the length, our team went the extra mile to source similar fabric and restitch it according to your preference. We request your trust in future.

I gave salwar to stitch and they stitched wrongly .Both the pant and neck pattern.
I asked crush pant with loop neck .They stitched normal salwar pant and without loop .They told that they will take plain pant and stitch the crush pant again .I told no need of it and they itself told that they will alter the neck .Later I paid the amount and they told that they have stitched the pant wrongly so to compensate they will do the neck pattern with free of cost.Appreciate the effort made by the team to make the customer satisfied.

bad experience , gave stitching 4 times , out of which 3 times they have stitched something which can’t be worn . Even after reporting the issue they are just giving some reasons but not accepting their mistake . Never going back to waste the material again . Wat is the use of getting dress stitched but you can’t use it ?
