Worst experience ever…ruined my 5k dress…doesn’t do what we ask him to do…I gave him my measurements but he didn’t note it down…I also gave him a reference cloth for size…but he didn’t use that either
I have a function to attend and gave clothes just to alter…not even stitch the full set…only a little alteration…but he didn’t bother to do it for 10 days. Had to go sit there for 2 hrs in his shop to get my dresses back just before the function. I called him multiple times to give my dresses atleast 2 days prior so I can make any change if needed again…
Absolutely ruined my dress…if he atleast said that he couldn’t do it a little earlier…I would’ve taken my dress back to give it to some other tailor…
Do not go there…absolute waste of time and your energy trying to explain him what you want…cuz at the end he never bothers our opinion and only does what he wants…
Avoid this shop!!!

We would like to respectfully clarify a few points. This was your first visit to our shop, and we made every effort to complete the requested alterations within the agreed timeframe. Your garment was completed and delivered on the promised delivery date.
On the day of delivery, there was an unexpected power issue which caused a delay of approximately 30 minutes, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, the garment was delivered on the committed date.
We are concerned that certain statements in this review do not reflect our records. At the time of delivery, and subsequently, no concerns regarding measurements, fitting, or alterations were brought to our attention. Had any issue been communicated, we would have gladly reviewed and addressed it.
At Tailor House Porur, we value every customer and are committed to delivering quality service, honest communication, and timely completion of work. While we respect your opinion, we believe this review does not accurately represent the service provided in this instance.

The location accessibility is little hard, howecer good that there is home delivery option available.
The bulk order was not to the satisfaction, could have consulted on the detail.
On the whole, good work..however need focus on minute detailing to be specified if it's bulk order, else easy work done instead of attention to detail which affects the purpose.
